Was a little noisy outside with bikes and dogs barking but I think this is the case anywhere you stay around Kuta. We wore earplugs and had a great night's sleep. We stayed after a few nights in very quiet places so we were probably more aware of the noise than others

Beautiful decor, great looking place. Nice vibe to the hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Easy to walk around the streets and to the beach.

Internet poor. Not properties fault but local area has changed so very much. Main road lacks variety in food options. We love all food including Indian but predominantly Indian restaurants one after another. Kuta seems to have suffered badly from Covid time as still very rundown despite many tourists.

The property lacks maintenance, cleanliness, and hospitality experience. The staff's English comprehension is not good enough for a tourism operation. The water in the hot water cylinder was disgusting and smelled like manure Our pool kept turning green and had a slime over the top, even after it was cleaned

Good location, close to everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and villa was quiet and private. Only bath towels provided, no hand towels or face washers but great for one night Welcome coconut was much appreciated

Size of the room is quite small and some of the bathroom fixtures were not working properly like the tap to fill the bathtub outside. At one time, there was no water supply to the room, so I wasn’t able to take shower after swimming, but the staff was quick to respond to the issue.

The private pool was nice and the resident cat was very adorable.

The pool needs attention, needs a scrub & more chlorine, had some green algae. Otherwise everything perfect.

Most affordable villa with private pool I could find around Kuta and still keep its Bali vibes. Cleanliness of the pool area could be improved but bed, bathroom and bathtub are excellent. Staffs are also helpful with flower deco arrangement before our arrival. Good selection of breakfast too which can be served as floating in pool upon request. Definitely recommended!

Did not expect villa to be 3 stories high and was definitely not expecting 3 flights of stairs to climb to bed every night, villa pool was in lounge room with no air conditioning which made sitting with family difficult as well as day bed making it difficult to sit on. Unfortunately on our last 2 nights we had some new neighbours stay and they were extremely loud playing loud music, yelling at each other and slamming doors late into the night/early morning it was extremely rude and made sleeping difficult.

Great location in Kuta, staff were always friendly and smiling and available to help where needed. Air conditioning was ice cold in bedrooms and beds were comfortable

Had a few hiccups with the shower and the pressure wasn’t to good

Staff are beautiful people, the rooms were really nice and the bed and pillows were to die for. Could not fault these villas. Only stayed a few nights but will definitely come back and stay for a couple of weeks 😊
