There were lizards (toki) which was quiet scary but it was there home and we went to live there so that’s the price we have to pay

Would have loved a ceiling fan above the bed as the AC was in the bathroom and we struggled with the heat on the warmer nights. Would’ve loved to have had the double doors open during the night but the mozzies were kamakazi!

Very remote - we didn’t mind and walked into town every day - c45 mins. This is a setup by folk who have built themselves a lovely home and built a further 4 villas on their land - there are no food options other than a tartini menu. You can order food from a few restaurants and they will deliver to your villa. This place is for those who do not wish to be interrupted - an amazing space for R&R. We spent 3 days here and loved it. Unfortunately on day 3 instagram influencers arrived and were literally 2 mins in the door when a drone appeared over our villa. We suggest that anyone wanting to stay there double check that they won’t be staying in close proximity to influencers. On a last note - the place has a Hotel Costes feel at nighttime - it’s definitely a magical place.

It is difficult to get there and taxi is expensive on the island. And it is also hard to get food. At lunch time the restaurant is closed. For dinner the menu is very small in our opinion.

The view was amazing and the bed super comfortable. Staff was friendly and we had a very good time here. It was clean and I also think it was a plus that we had clean water available all the time in our room. This is a very beautiful place and we had a lovely stay. Also the floating breakfast was fantastic!

There is limited restaurants around the area and a motorbike or vehicle is definitely required to get around however if you are happy staying in the villa it’s well worth it!

The location was stunning- waking up every morning to the gorgeous view over the pool was spectacular and highlight to the trip! The property was spacious and included everything we required for our stay.

The location is a bit far and you can expect a bumpy ride. Not very close to the main roads and town so it's a bit difficult to go out at night.

There were some ants in the room because there is a plant planed inside the room, but nothing too bad. There was some problem with running water the first day but they fixed it the next day so no issues after that. The water in the shower is not really hot.

The view from the villa was absolutely spectacular. The pool was the best part and the porch was very nice for chiling and watching the sunset. Floating breakfast was a great experience and the staff were really friendy and helpful. You can rent a scooter there for a reasonable price which is very convenient. The location was remote but we liked it as it was really peaceful. It is still only a 15 minute drive from the port and it is in good location to drive to all the main sightseeing points on Nusa Penida.

Excellent hotel, the location is in the middle of the nature, the views to be enjoyed from your private pool are amazing, the staff and the owners are super friendly and helpful, and finally the tapas are super tasty. I really recommend to anyone visiting Nusa Penida to stay here, I don’t think you can find a better place!

We had the most amazing stay at Eden Villas on Nusa Penida, which was easily the best among the seven places we visited in Bali, Gili, Lombok, and Nusa Penida ! 😍 The location is perfect (10 min from the port, easy to visit NP and calm) with a stunning 180-degree view from sunrise to sunset, overlooking both the volcano and the ocean. Eden Villas consists of 4 individuals villas with swimming pool, each offering a perfect blend of decorative and comfort. The lounge bar experience also was really good : tartines & cocktails. The breakfast is really good too. All complementing the peaceful ambiance perfectly. Our sincere thanks to the hosts for creating such a perfect moment. It was a magical experience, and we wished we could have stayed longer instead of returning to Europe !
