Aircon not strong at all. Already weather is hot outside. Breakfast was not appetising. Had one time only.

The facility is in a normal mood, It's just enough for a night. There are no disposable toiletries. The shower head looks a bit dirty. Drinking water is in the public kitchen.

Great location, walking distance to malioboro, a economic choice. The staff are really warm and helpful, thank you so much!

Toilet paper is not included. No toiletries. The blanket is too thin and too short. Two of the four beds lay on the floor, but this also allows you to hide them under the other two beds, making the room bigger if you don't use those beds. There are not so many places to eat around, other than street food and mall food.

Close to Jalan Malioboro. The room is big enough The beds are comfortable. The place is quiet by itself (rude guests apart). Bathroom is ok.

Cleanliness could have been at a slightly higher level, the rest was ok.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating and they want to help you with everything you need. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, so we bought it ourselves - because the accommodation does not provide toilet paper. The location is excellent, almost in the very center of the city. We stayed one extra night because the city is very beautiful, we also did trips outside the city every day.

A little lost when finding the hotel.

The staffs are friendly and helpfull. The room and bathroom is clean and large, The AC working well. The location is near Malioboro Street, easy to find food around the hotel.

Our group had two rooms, one was ok, the other had some roaches and was noisy.

Friendly staff, simple check in process, very close to the city center and good deal for money.

Just a small thing. The gate closed at 10 pm. So if we came back past 10, we have to ring a bell first. Beside that, nothing else.

Really love the location. Located very near to Beringharjo market and Malioboro street. Just across the street, there's a really nice coffee shop, and still opens until past midnight. Really like EC Pondokan.

We changed rooms to another family room. This room had 4 single rooms, with two of the beds fitting under the other two beds. A couple of the sheets were stained. The walls are very thin, and other guests were talking in the early hours. The bathroom was too small for a family of 4. Knocked my knees on the wall when sitting on the toilet :-). The hot water worked intermittently. The unit is in the bathroom and probably needed a maintenance check.

The bedroom was modern and tiled. The location was great to get around the centre. The staff were attentive and friendly.

Rude staff, we cancelled and the owner said he would refund us but never did. We requested early check in which was approved then when we got there, they told us it wasn’t available, then told us it was but we had to pay. Place looked dirty and ants all over the lobby. Absolute scam and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Large room,clean.the hotel is in a narrow street ,so no traffic .we could park our motorbike inside. The staff doesn t speak english but thanks to the instant translator we could communicate very well.

The wifi was almost unusable and the blinds where basically transparent, made it impossible to get a good night of rest

You get no toilet paper, no soap, … just the bare minimum. The room on the ground floor is right next to the « office » so you can hear everything/everyone talking and walking around (and they can probably hear everything you do too). The room really wasn’t that clean at all!

Staff let me park my motorbike inside the property just to make sure it was safe at night, even helped me get it up there when she saw me struggling :) It’s located at a 5min walk from the main shopping road.
