Very clean place and very friendly staff. A water kettle was in our room to make coffee an tea. Free refilling from water bottles for our room. A little desk in the room where I as could work with my laptop. Nice internet. Also the perfect location for us, because we are not first timers in Jakarta. We just need some good food in our surroundings and there is a lot in this neighbourhood. You go outside and will see the food everywhere. Many warungs, restaurants, a food court and a lot of street food. Also at walking distance (5 minutes) from mall Ciputra.

The guesthouse host is very nice and helpful. The room - although small - is great for budget travellers. The hostel has students dorm vibe. The air conditioning worked without issues.

The shower head and warm water didn’t work properly I was awoken at 4-5 AM in the morning due to neighbor noise I thought i stayed at a haunted house but as turns out it was the neighbors, couldn’t sleep for 8 hours

Very clean, complete basic amenities, strategic, easy to find, just make sure you follow the instruction sent to you. Close to a busy street, many food stall and marts. I think they have upgraded the room. There is TV, electric kettle, bathroom with sink, bed and pillow is super comfortable. They even provide free water refill. There is kitchen and they also provide complete dining utensils I cooked my own noodles with no worries. Welcome drink is also excellent. Staff is very responsive, helpful and kind. For the price, it is worth the money. It's only 200k rupiahs room, don't expect luxury. Manage your expectations. But if you just need a clean, comfortable, complete and private room, the property is very good.

I didn't expect much for that price. I booked a room here after seeing the reviews which were really good - especially for that price. Now, for my experience it was really bad. The room had no window, so as soon as I turned off the AC, it wasn't possible to breathe. The bathroom wasn't really clean and also there was no sink. Just a shower and toilet, no place to put down your stuff. The mirror in the room was full of black spots, can't even say what it really was... So unfortunately I really knew soon that I couldn't stay there for the trip. Left the next morning (because I arrived in the middle of the night) and informed the stuff that I had checked out. At least they wanted to help me in order to match my expectations. Also the area itself seemed to be a bit shabby. At least for that one night the bed was comfortable.

The first night I stayed the water to the building got turned off overnight. This was especially difficult because I was up all night sick. There was also no sink in the room. Cleanliness was okay, but could have been better especially in the bathroom.

The staff were mostly responsive and ready to help. Upon arrival I was offered a room away from the construction which was nice. The common areas were decorated nicely and seemed comfortable enough. The bed was very clean and the pillows were super comfortable. There were also many complementary comfort items provided such as earplugs, hand sanitizer, and a toothbrush.

No TV in my room, but no complain hahaha. I actually knew that from the room description, and still chose the room cause it was cheaper hahaha.

For such an affordable price and great location, it was more than good. What matters for us is that the room is clean, comfortable and has all the basic needs. AC is cold, bath with hot water and so on. Staff is very sweet and helpful and understood basic English. The welcome drink was perfect since we just spent the whole day exploring. They pantry is basic coffee and tea only But that's ok, especially since it was Free and we didn't expect that. If you have lots of luggage better ensure that you choose rooms on ground floor. We got the twin bed on third floor and had to use stairs. But we like it, it was really peaceful upstairs. They also gave earbud, it was really helpful for a light sleeper like me. The staff said the owner loves travelling as well. I guess that's why they know what traveller like me need the most. Thank you! We had peaceful and great rest here.

The room, BED when i checked in were full of ants, even i got bitten by some (see pics) The room wall was so thin even i can hear the snoring from other room, and when i was opening my suitcase because i came from long distance to Jakarta, someone was banging my room wall because of suitcase noise, it was so thin even everybody was were what's going on the room There is NO wash basin for cleaning hands, brushing teeth and shaving, NO TV in the room, shampoo provided but was only 20%, NO facial tissues, toilet paper( pics attached) So many house rules if you wanna go outside or coming late at night Host was average friendly, but when i pointed out some debris and hairs on toilet floor, she complained to her GM and GM send me pics on WhatsApp that we have cleaned your room already (pics attached) Definitely Not Recommended 👎👎

Very comfortable bed. Large wardrobe, desk and comfortable chair with latest smart TV and strong WiFi. They're generous with pillows, and blanket was great. Location is perfect! Close to everywhere but not noisy. AC was great. They also gave a nice welcome drink. There's even a mini pantry with water dispenser, coffee and tea. Staff was nice and speaking good basic English. Considering the price, it was awesome. I will recommend this place

There is no TV in my room, but not an issue because the WIFI is great, hence I can watch via my laptop. They also provide TV in the common area

The room and the common area is spotless. There is also kitchen that you can use to cook simple dishes. Not to mention the location is very strategic. It is at the heart of the city. Althought not in the main road, but accessible by car. Within 50meters walk, you can find so many restaurants, cafe, laundry and minimart. Only 3 minutes walking to the bus terminal and main street. They also provide laundry services with affordable price

I read some of the reviews which totally didn't do justice to this place. Man, it is just 200k! Really value for money as long as you don't expect luxury for this kind of price. WIFI is strong. The staff told me that all bathroom and room just been repainted, they add sink, change the tap and everything. Splendid! Clean Private bathroom with sink, hot shower, very comfortable bed. They are generous with pillows and they smell good. My room has basic TV, electric kettle and they also provide me with plate/bowls/glasses/utensils in the room, hence easier for me eating take aways or making instant noodles. They have kitchen which we can use, water refill is also free. Best is that they just 100 meters away from a very busy street. So many options of food, laundry, minimarts, etc. It is not in the main road, so it is very quiet, I like it. As long as you read and follow the guidance, the location is easy to find. They also have a big signage in front of the building. I will come back here on my return trip since it is also close to airport.
