I would improve the amount of chemicals they put in the pool.

I highly recommend this place as It is close to the beach, cafes, massages spa salons, shops! Great attentive staff! Great value! We will be back again)

The pool access is an issue for me as I have mobility issues. A handrail would be an asset.

Excellent location, close to the main street and only a 10-minute walk to the beach. The staff are wonderful, very helpful and friendly. The room is comfortable, the bed base is a bit squeaky, but this is not a major issue. We were in Room 2A, which has recently been converted into a small suite with its own kitchen and living room. It was not our first stay, it has become a regular for us & we are always happy to stay there.

The walls are paper thin, so if someone is making some noise it looks like they are inside your room with you.

There was no hot water during my stay. I believe the water heater was broken, but there was no other explanation or any rush to fix it. The kettle cord did not reach the plug. I had to sit the kettle on an upturned bowl to boil it. If you open the curtains, the neighbours can see straight in the room.

The location was excellent, with the beach at one end of the street and the main street at the other end. The property looks great and the room was big, clean and comfortable, if a little dated. The pool is really lovely.

Excellent location, room was spotless and had everything I needed. I was only here for a short time as I used the room as a day stay before a late evening flight and it was perfect. I’d definitely stay longer next time I’m in Bali. Pool was lovely, short walk to shopping and beach.

Everything was great except the night staff at the lobby. I don’t think he was aggressive but I didn’t feel welcome and felt his irritated. I do t know whether it’s a lack of English communication skills or just personality but both of us felt uncomfortable.

The amount of rubbish on the shore in the early morning before it gets cleaned up.

Being able to access the beach for the sunrises with ease early in the morning. cafes and restaurants nearby the facilities, or 200m walk on the beach.
