Really friendly staff. Breakfast good. Nice small pool, great location. Would definitely recommend. You could sign in to your own Netflix and amazon on the TV.

We had a slight water leak coming from the back tap of the toilet pipe, with a small amount of water constantly on the bathroom floor. This was the only place we stayed at over the 2 weeks where breakfast wasn't included. We'd become use to this treat. It was the end of our trip. If it was at the start of our trip, we wouldn't have noticed. Our room didn't have a fridge. We realised a fridge in a room is a big luxury and rare in Bali.

Beautiful room with a lovely balcony. The room was very tidy and clean. It had an electric kettle (a bonus in Bali we discovered), lovely bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds and pool area were beautiful and very well maintained. It's location was very close to IMAN Massage and Spa. A drawcard for us. It was also that tiny bit further away from the main hustle and bustle which was perfect for us. It was still close enough to walk there when needed. Just up the road going away from the main centre of town, there were rice paddies and more open spaces. Still plenty of restaurants around.

Space and location

The hotel has a kitchen that you can cook, it has a big space and two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The only thing is bathroom and kitchen is outdated. But for the price and space , no complaints. It’s a good deal. Fits four of us very comfortably. We didn’t used the kitchen and swimming pool. No time.

Only improvements could be a towel hook or holder in the bathroom, and an extra power outlet next to the bed. But for the price you pay, you really cannot complain!

The pool was very close to someones room, it didnt bother us but was interesting. Very clean pool. The breakfast wasnt worth ordering as brought in from somewhere else, much nicer cafes near by.

Rooms very large, clean and tidy, lovely shower and good air con. Very handy to nice cafe Amsterdam for breakfast. Very walkable to main street via quite off street path

Mattress is quite old, has a dip at the middle. There's some unknown black grain around the corners.

The location was great just a short walk from city centre to feel the vibe of Ubud but away from the craziness. Had the 2 bedroom villa and the view was beautiful. The breakfast was lovely and staff helpful.

The kitchen is old and very basic, so I don't imagine cooking there. We use other services: Laundry: which was cheap and quick, but when we got our clothes back they smell great but actually not clean at all! It's not their fault as such and they gave us the money back quickly, but obviously, I don't recommend this service and they should find a better company. We also arranged with them the transport to get to the harbor for the Gili islands, we expected a private car but it was just a long van (very uncomfortable) with more people, so the same thing and price that you would anywhere hire in town. Also, the boat to get to Gili Air was the oldest and most uncomfortable we saw compared with the others. So conclusion, double-check the company they are offering for the other services.

Nice and cute hotel hidden from the main road, so you don't hear much of the traffic. We had a private villa for 4 friends with our own pool. Modern and spacious apartment with views of a small rice field. There was a small area for having breakfast outside which is great. So we enjoyed our stay and I do recommend it.

You need to carry your luggage and walk up a slope of a small path (about 100m) before you can reach the hotel, car cannot stop right in front of the hotel nor park outside. There are some ants found in the kitchen.

Spacious villa with kitchen, nice pool for hot day. We stayed at room 7, the pool is just right beside our villa which is very convenient. My kids enjoyed the pool so much although it's bit cold in the evening. The light is quite dim at room upstairs. Good to have a filter drinking water that you can refill your water.

Beautiful place and location. Right in the middle of ubud. Staff was very accomodating and helpful. We went for hike and sunrise at mt batur at 2am and came back tired at 9am to rest. They were doing some renovation work next room but we requested to stop so we could rest. They were accomodating and stopped for awhile to let us sleep. Appreciate tht thank you. Everything else was just pleasant. (If u complain abt ants..well.. we even hv ants at home sometimes..so not a big issue. It's a small matter. Overall it was just wonderful)

The amenities need updating, the place could use more cleaning. There were cobwebs everywhere and the toilet was slightly yellowish when we got there.

A lot of ants in room.

The room has a lot of space and big bed. You can feel very comphy. The first floore has nice view to the nature and pool was cute and clean.

A little bit out of the action so a fairly long walk to get into central Ubud. The upside was that the place was nice and quiet. The Wi Fi was very slow and unusable at times so I needed to go to a coworking space to get work done.

It would have been better if it had a little refrigerator so we could have milk in the room. Had to leave our milk in the fridge in the reception area which was often locked when we felt like a tea or coffee. TV did not work. Accordingly to other reviews, there was a kitchen available to use but we were not today about it.

Bath was fabulous. It was in a quiet spot that was close to everything. Lovely restaurants nearby. Lovely, well kept gardens.

The staff was very helpful und friendly, room was very clean, beds were very big and comfortable, pool was clean and good temperature, property well maintained. The hotel is only a short distance away from the palace, market and restaurants but still quite. We had two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen with endless supply of drinking water.

The humidity in the bathroom was strong and it had a bit of a smell. Beside that, I'm pretty happy with this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and super helpful. The hotel is in a great location in Ubud. We could go out walking everywhere and arrive to the heart of Ubud within minutes.
