Wow,wow and WOW, exceeded expectations and what value for money, the hosts Gerald and Yani were around when needed ( local knowledge for ordering dinner in, which they took care off as well) but scarce as well. The staff are fabulous and very attentive (still learning English but eager to learn) nothing was too much trouble for them. The location is fabulous having stayed in Nusa Nusa four times we found this location much better because you are just on the fringes so it’s super quiet and only a few minutes to the Bali Collection. Book here you will not be disappointed.

Amazing and unforgettable stay in Villa. Beautiful surroundings with lots of green and birds, wonderful pool. Villa is fully equipped, cleaned every day. And hosts Gerard and Yani are wonderful couple, so friendly and helpful any time. They prepared us excellent breakfast, snack, drinks...real paradise. Yani is an exceptional woman, she advised us on trips, took us to the beach herself, her hospitality is simply indescribable. We have never met such beautiful people on our travels. I hope we will come back for longer stay. Thanks once again Gerard,Yani and their team. They are great!!!

Location - it was a bit off Nusa Dua city / centre. It is more inland with no street lights around so it was a bit hard to travel late evenings. The property description and photos said that there were 3 pools including a spa. But there was only 1 pool and no jacuzzi / spa at the property.

Breakfast was really good. And the host was very helpful. She guided us around the area and the activities we could do during our stay. The supporting staff were fantastic as well.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. A great place for our family of six with teenagers. It had huge bedrooms and a wonderful family room with a big kitchen, dining table, lounge and even a piano! We loved the quiet, peacefulness and the stunning, tranquil gardens by the sparkling pool. It even had a hidden fort and a goldfish pond! We enjoyed a delicious, home cooked breakfast with juice every morning and the staff and hosts were so fantastic. My daughter was treated to a floating breakfast in the pool which was so lovely. Yani and Gerard are so kind and helpful and we wished we’d stayed for longer than 4 nights.

Be prepared for mosquitoes, as the garden is beautiful and green many mosquitoes, which is part of nature, just bring lots of spray.

Breakfast was fresh everyday! We loved the fresh juice and fresh fruit. It was healthy and just absolutely delicious.

Sewage smell was very very strong in one of the toilets. The smell filled the whole bedroom and my family member can hardly sleep well throughout the night.

Property is big enough to accommodate my family of 9. There were sufficient beds for all and the number of toilets are ample. Breakfast was nice!

If there is one point, it is the neighborhood. The villa is located in a quiet area and there is not that much to discover when walking around. Instead, a car is needed (but easy to get via Grab and Gojek) to get to Restaurants or Shops. Other than that, nothing to complain.

The House was just beautiful. A lot of space for the entire Family. We liked the pool. The staff was magnificient, everything was always clean and they made the breakfast really delicious. The homeowners were super great and helpful - always provided us with recommendations where to go and what to do - made us really felt like guests and Not Like clients. Very good value for the price and really worth it.

Beautiful and well-maintained property! Gerard and Yani are such attentive and generous hosts. Their staff are friendly, approachable and thorough. The breakfast was continuously excellent; healthy and filling. A great way to start each day. Though the villa’s location seems isolated, we loved the serenity this provided. We would definitely book another stay.

Gerard and Yani are superhosts. They're just the most friendly people you'd meet and they are super thoughtful. They treat our little family so well, including our little toddler. We can't thank them enough! The place is absolutely beautiful and perfect for staying a little tucked away from city centre. Highly recommended!

It’s a Balinese modern villa, a wonderful haven! It’s a lovely surprise to find this place. We used to stay in a hotel, but this place is so much better. We had privacy & services (big breakfast & cleaning). The pool is amazing, there’re pianos, gym, fridges, microwaves, etc. The owners were super generous and friendly. They accommodated the whole group and recommended places to go. We were glad we took their advice :)

A very quiet location with the most welcoming hosts!! Yani & Gerard treated us like family!! We were kept very entertained by their stories of their experiences over the years!! The surprise ‘juices plus/plus’ were always accepted with a smile! We got to dine in an authentic Sardinian restaurant ‘Just like home’ friends of theirs treated us like their friends!! They both had so much knowledge of this fabulous Island!! It had been many years since we were both in Bali & very impressed!! Their staff were a true reflection of their bosses! We would highly recommend this property to couples & friends!! Terima kasih!l We will return!!

I honestly cannot rate this enough. The villa was absolutely stunning. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The private pool was fantastic. Breakfast was incredible. Yani, Gerard and Staff exceeded our expectations going over and beyond our needs at all times. They assisted with dinner reservations, booking of drivers and massages, arranging of tours and nothing was ever too much trouble for them.
