I think the accommodation needs a little bit of refreshment. Especially the bathroom area and toilet. The water in the bathroom didn’t flow very well, but it’s still okay.

The location of the hotel is good, it’s very close to the mushroom Bay, devil tears, and the dream beach. But what we love the most is the helpful staff, they are very friendly, helpful and try to accommodate whatever we need during our stay. Especially Gusti, he is very helpful and give us a lot of information about the island.

The showers are not great but we used ones in other places like beach clubs during the day.

The property is very rustic but has fantastic air conditioning and the rooms are pretty basic but cute and totally fine to rest your head. The place is quiet but in a great location close to some shops, restaurants and Dream Beach or Mushroom Bay walking distance away. The breakfast is also basic but totally fine or you can walk down the road and find a place to eat for very cheap. The pool was refreshing and everything you needed to have a quick cool off. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to call taxis and give us advice. We really liked staying here and the price was excellent for what you got.

Can’t recommend Dream Beach Inn enough - great place to stay in Nusa Lembongan. It’s a lovely, little quiet resort situated about a 15 minute walk from Mushroom Bay, with restaurants and cafes close by for dinner. There’s also a minimart just around the corner. The wooden bungalows are basic but comfortable, each with a patio/decking. The beds are comfy with fresh linen, and our room and towels were cleaned every day during our stay. There’s also a mosquito net around the bed. The bathroom/toilet are ‘outside’ but this wasn’t a problem at all. We had breakfast included - a choice of eggs or pancake with coffee or tea. There’s a lovely pool which is clean and quiet throughout the day. The staff are so lovely, welcoming and attentive, constantly checking if we had everything we needed and helping us arrange trips and transfers. Such a great value for what you get!

I'm still dreaming about Dream Beach Inn. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was exactly as pictured and tidied everyday. Breakfast was simple and offered in a lovely spot overlooking the pool area. The location is lovely and quiet. I would definitely go back.

Although the bathroom was well equipped and in good working order the loose stones make it a bit tricky to navigate to the toilet at night.

It was cheaper than other villas near-by and that reflected in the quality. It is a bit run down, needs some TLC but that didn't bother me much. I was comfortable.

The upstairs family room didn’t connect and upstairs bathrooms weren’t great at all. Black mould on bedding in one of the family rooms.

The room was clean but smaller than anticipated. The fridge hadn’t been plugged in so had to wait for it to actually cool down to use it. The air on boxed dripped and the bathroom was designed ridiculously. There were pebbles all over the floor so to get to the toilet you really needed to wear shoes. It was weird and one of the lights was out. The first night we arrived there was a power cut. The guys had no lights, no torches or anything for us, so we were sat in pitch black with no aircon, no lights and no water. I asked the guys for a torch but there wasn’t one. We couldn’t eat or see anything and our phones were dead. Surely a villa should have solar panels for back up torches for their guests… it was a bit ridiculous. We didn’t even have candles but the villa opposite us did. The pool wasn’t clean at all. But after asking one of the guys to clean it they kept on top of it after that.

One of the young guys that worked there was very kind and very friendly! He took me to get armbands for my son the first day we arrived. That was kind. Breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly. Great location.

Bathroom was not clean.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. It seems that one person was doing everything. From reception work and cleaning the whole facility. Maybe too much for one person?

We have booked 4 rooms. And 2 of them don’t match the photo and the description at all. They aren’t clean, look disgusting. Very upsets for this unprofessional situation. There was no hot water, all rooms and bathrooms were dirty and disgusting. There are others hotels 50 meters away for half the price and good standards, though.
