I really love this hotel! The beachfront location is amazing, and I truly enjoyed the beautiful sunset view from the deck. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious choices. I also appreciate how attentive and cautious the security team is.

It’s very expensive! But worked for us close to the airport.

Large room and bathroom with a balcony overlooking the pool and across the road to the sea. Friendly staff all ready to help with luggage and room service. A welcome cocktail arrived with cold flannel to cool down. Amazing breakfast choices with all you can eat buffet in the restaurant with beautiful views. Loved the area you can use to shower and leave bags after checkout if you have a later flight, then you can use the pool and shower before heading to the airport. Chill out lounge area, TV, massage chairs and drinks available to use, a great idea!

Entrance to room is through bathroom which can be awkward. It is expensive

Room on higher floor with sweeping views of the ocean and sunset. Rooms are very large with a living area and a balcony. Butler service is superb. Food was good.

There’s probably only one thing that I did not like about the property and that was the room that we had was situated where there was a nightclub right next Door. As you can imagine the nightclub did not close down very early and there was music playing until all hours of the night. A very minor thing but the hotel was outstanding nonetheless.

The property was located centrally in Seminyak Bali. The facilities were excellent and the staff were very accommodating. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

the cocktails are the only thing in the hotel, not so much taste but the big plastic cups are old fashioned, need changing .

I loved the staff , from the minute we arrived they were there to guide us show us all the facilities. Our rooms were ready early . Our request to be next to each other ground level by the pool were granted. the pool access rooms are amazing, they are huge and comfortable and still as good as the were the year they opened. which was the last time I stayed there. Can be slightly noisy with the beach bars across the road but the rooms are quite soundproof and the music normally finishes around 10pm ( and if you can’t beat them join them 😁).

Fantastic location right across from the beach. Restaurants and facilities were great as well as the pool. Easy walk along the beach to Seminyak Square etc. Daily breakfast was awesome with great views from the restaurant on the top floor. The owners lounge that you can use while waiting for your flight after checkout was a pleasant surprise. Room was spacious and very comfortable, plenty of complimentary bottled water daily.

The stay at the hotel was excellent in every aspect. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the service was outstanding, and the staff was professional and extremely helpful. The facilities were comprehensive and met all needs. The attention to detail was clear, making the experience special and relaxing. I thank the hotel management for this high level of service and look forward to returning again.

Staff were very friendly and so attentive. Breakfast had a huge range of different foods with alternating a la carte menus, the view was spectacular, def reccomend paying that bit more for an ocean view room!
