We really loved the location because it’s in a quieter part of Sanur. To get around, it’s best to rent a scooter—but no worries, the staff at the hotel can help arrange that for you. They’re the nicest people and are always happy to help with anything you need.

Hidden gem, not much noise. Really nice staff. Good breakfast. A bit off the beach but small nice cool pool.

No issues with room or property. Maybe an extra power socket or 2 would be helpful for travellers.

Basic facilities. Clean bedding, toilet and shower area. Little bit rough around the edges but nothing not to be expected. Staff are excellent and very helpful with any request. I'd stay again.

The place is far from the beach, 30 min walking. It’s difficult to walk to beach and others places.

Unfortunately the rooms near reception are very noisy - to the point I was woken extremely early and couldn't fall asleep again. Other guests sat outside our room to have breakfast at our room table very early and spoke loudly at reception. No one told them to keep quiet or sit somewhere else. Staff also woke me up very early to ask what I wanted for breakfast. She apologised a lot after but I recommend them to not wake guests up unless they have made this request as its a little invasive and I ended up having very bad sleep because of the disturbances. Overall again that aside staff are wonderful and the place is very welcoming and pretty.

Staff was wonderful and friendly , helpful warm and attentive. Rooms were lovely - well decorated and very clean and excellent value.

The rooms are quiet close to each other and are not soundproof so just be mindful especially if you travel with kids like we did.

Dirga's house is in a quiet neighborhood but is very accesible to a lot of dining options and convenience stores. Great place to stay if you plan to explore Sanur or take a boat to Penida since the port is just a few minutes away. The staff is lovely amd even accomodated our request to leave some of our luggage so we can travel light to Nusa Penida.

Super place, tucked away off the busy street making it quiet at night. Staff was very friendly, good breakfast, water refill available, pool to hang beside, AC worked great, hot water, and the best towels in 10 months of traveling in SE Asia!

Shower head was clogged on most of its points so water spilled literally everywhere and it was difficult to get a proper showering. It was an unpleasant surprise given the good impression when entering the room. I cancelled my plan to extend another day because of this issue.

Location wise is within the proximity of Sanur area and easy to find. Check in process was simple and efficient (fast). Staffs were both friendly and helpful. Room was in OK design and cleanliness too given the rate I paid.

The room had mosquitoes, there was light coming all night through bathroom from outside because it had a glass wall but we are deep sleepers so we managed. There was no blanket given, only duvet covers
