Location is centric but you got to drive a car or scooter. Otherwise transportation is the issue - I guess this is valid for all nusa penida because grab or gocek don’t exist there

I guess it is a new property or well taken care of. the room spacious; love the shower outside with plants . Pool and garden very charming. Decent breakfast and friendly staff.

Nothing, the only thing to keep in mind is the location. Well connected to the harbour but if you don't have a scooter you need a driver. Anyway I sincerely recommend this place and the staff

The place is new, well maintained and daily cleaned. The staff is extremely nice and willing to help you out in any way they can. We had an early trip and they offered to prepare breakfast for us at 6am.

Bed a bit hard.

Brand new beautiful rooms. Plenty of space. Lovely pool. Friendly staff. Try a taxi to penida colada for a lovely brunch or dinner. Central location so more going on.

The hotel appears to be new but as other guests have mentioned, the rooms were not fully completed. There are lighting cables that have yet to be attached to a light fitting, a row of sockets midway up a wall where there should obviously be a dresser in the alcove. There was no clothing rack or storage cupboard. We were living out of our suitcases so it wasn't an issue for us.

Great communication from date of booking right through to the end of our stay. Breakfast menu was basic but good. Rooms were spacious, well sound-proofed and very clean. Comfy bed and great shower with high pressure water. We booked 2 rooms and each was slightly different. Air con was great. The pool was warm and large. The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. Agus was very kind and arranged our transport to and from the island. He also booked a driver for us to take a tour along the west side of the island. He recommended eating at Lunak on the Beach restaurant. We had a great evening there...good food, fab views of the sunset and some strong cocktails! We bought some bits and bobs from local supermarkets, ate lunch in Nemu's restaurant just along the road. We definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay on Nusa Penida.

It is off the single busy, narrow shoreline road in what I will describe as an out of the way area and there was no tourist facilities nearby other than the restaurants. For example, the ESA-G Bar & Beach Club nearby is very definitely not inviting, it is a bar at a fastboat pier and there is an open area there that is littered with construction debris and garbage between the road and the bar/fastboat pier. The nearby beach is not at all great and there are a couple of fastboat pick up piers immediately nearby and lots of other posts/moorings and etc that spoiled the beach as a vacation place. I did not find it inviting.

There was a couple of different breakfasts to order and they were basic but always good. I overall, really liked the stay; there are a couple of good restaurants with really good food walking distance nearby, and a couple of places that locals would eat at. I used the pool several times for my stay and it was very warm. I notice that a lot of hotel reviews comment about hotel pools being quite cold so that is why I mention it.

This felt like a new property which still has some of the finishing touches to complete eg a wardrobe. This didn’t affect our stay.

Very spacious room, gorgeous swimming pool and grounds. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very helpful. It was 5 minutes walk from the ferry port to Lombok so perfect for a one night stay. We would come again.

Not something that was a problem- but it would be nice to have netted curtains for a little privacy as all rooms open onto the pool without having to close the blackout curtains. There are also no cupboards or storage, so you can’t really unpack. However, these are small things for a brand new property which is still getting established. Overall, I can’t fault anything, these are just small comments on feedback and would highly recommend a stay here.

Stunning, new property. Daily cleaning of the rooms - it was always so clean. Lovely simple breakfast, friendly staff and really well kept property- there is a lot of pride, attention and care taken in keeping it looking good.

There is nothing negative about this place. Everything was amazing and I would really recommend this place!

Very close to the port where ferry’s depart from. The room was very clean and modern. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast amazing.

I think that they should have someone that speaks a bit more English to help with requests, me and my friend for a couple of times did not manage to have help on some requests/questions. The rooms don't have a closet to put clothes, me and my friend left everything in our luggage... so keep that in mind.

The place seems to be new and it looks really nice and clean. The staff was super nice. If you want to stay in a quiet place in Nusa Penida this is definitely the place. Breakfast was good and if you want you can have it in your room/balcony.
