Hot water didn’t last too long but enough for a quick shower

Beautiful room and great efforts made from the staff to welcome us with writings on the bed made out of leaves. Wyan was always readily available for any questions or help that we needed and arranged a scooter for us. Useful rack on the balcony to dry clothes. Good location, really beautiful area

Wayan was so welcoming, always ready to help or give recs and the rooms were lovely. Food was good and the complementary breakfast offered different options. When I checked out I had a problem with my credit card but Wayan was so patient and we found a solution together. Lovely stay, I would definitely recommend!

Staying at this homestay was a beautiful experience. Wuanang, the owner, is incredibly kind and welcoming. I had the chance to chat with her and learn a bit more about the local culture, which made the stay feel even more special. She’s also a wonderful cook – the meals she prepared were delicious and made with so much care. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay.

It's a big family, so sometimes the noise level rose above expectations.. But not too bad...

Wayan and her family are warm, friendly, welcoming, and lovely. Always attentive and ensuring one is happy. Mybcooko g class with Kadek, was so much fun. Because it is a small homestay, it was wonderully personal.

Lovely spacious room and bath with nice view out onto the mountains, big comfortable bed, close to walk from there to shops and restaurants but also into the beautiful countryside. And the lovely host Wayan was there for us in her busy life whenever we needed her.

The location provided by Booking.com was way off by some 300 or 400m from the exact location! It was much nearer (<100m) to the Y-junction leading to the rice terraces (trekking circuit).

Wayan - the lady owner was extremely helpful and attentive, providing trip/excursion information & arranging our onward transport to another destination. Our rooms were new (<9 months old), so was clean, with comfortable beds.

The host Wayan is the most incredible person. She is the sweetest and most careful person i know! The accomodation was also very nice and clean. I would recommend this to everyone!!

I had a wonderful stay at this place. My room was beautiful with a mountain view, very clean, spacious and with a really good smell. There are nice activities to choose from (rice field trekking, weaving etc.) Great breakfast and dinner! Wayan is such a lovely, warm and friendly person. She and her family made me feel so welcome and were super helpful.

Cons: furniture to tidy clothes and teas and coffees with kettle but I enjoyed the simplicity of the lodge. Can probably cover everything in 2-3days and you’ll need a scooter if you want to explore further. ATM is far so bring cash with you although Waran will enable you to pay by card +3% charge.

Pros: Clean, spacious room with large super modern bathroom. Hot powerful shower, exceptional breakfast, great location for exploring the area as close to Side Rice terraces and lots of Run by the beautiful Waran - nothing was too much trouble. She arranged our tours for white water rafting, she gave my 10 year old daughter a cooking class which she enjoyed.

We stayed on the second floor with mountain view. The room was great, had all the amenities, good AC, clean. The host was especially friendly and nice. I strongly recommend staying here. Talking to her we learn a lot about the life in Sidemen.

Attention! The location is different then on Booking. But you can find it on Google maps with the correct location. Still a good location but different.

Really felt so lucky to stay at Dika homestay, was made super comfortable straight away by Wayan. The location was great, breakfast was tasty and I had a stunning view of sidemen from my breakfast table. The room was clean and modern, I had my best night sleeps here. The whole family were so kind and helped organise laundry,ricefield walk, waterfalls & boat transfer for the next part of my trip. Would highly recommend.

There’s no aircon in the room we were, but for us it wasn’t a real problem because there was a fan and again the room is so big that you still have lots of air.

we spent a very good night at Dika Homestay, the room is massive, the bed confortable, everything was perfectly clean, the owner has been amazingly kind and thoughtful. It is really really great value for money.

the best part of this place is Wayan! She is the best host I‘ve had in Bali. She made me feel like home and taught me about balinese culture. The rooms are super clean and comfortable and more spacious than expected. I had the best time staying at Dika Homestay! Wayan and her family were very friendly and welcoming. Convenient location in the heart of Sideman. Wayan makes delicious banana pancakes. She gave good local advice and reccomended a driver to visit local waterfalls.
