Great location, very lose to Diamond Beach and Atuh beach (waking distance). Fantasic value for money with very good breakfast included. The smoothie bowls were great. Rus who worked here was lovely and very helpful and booked us Tai's, scooter and a ferry as we needed it. With only four bungalows on site it was very peaceful and quiet. A great spot to watch sunrise and spot birds. I would stay again.

The houses could have been cleaned more often, but that didn't bother us. In one of the houses, the bathroom door couldn't be closed from the outside, so we were moved to a different house.

The outdoors area was fantastic and very scenic! Lots of rare exotic birds around! The breakfasts were great too and kept you full for long, although the options were limited. The houses were spacious and cozy. Thanks to Rus and other staff for organising tours and trips for us, along with providing us with taxis from and to the port. There is Atuh beach nearby, where it was great fun to swim, although there was quite a bit of walking and climbing up and down the rocky stairs to get there. Beware that you can't swim at the Diamond beach. I also recommend bringing swimming shoes with you to Atuh beach as the bottom of the sea is rocky! There is a nice restaurant nearby, called AB bar and resto. Highly recommend!

I stayed at Diamond Beach Bungalow mainly to explore Diamond Beach and Atuh Beach, which are about a 10-minute drive away. The route is quite steep, and the climb back can be exhausting, but Agus from the staff kindly offered to pick us up, which was much appreciated. Agus was incredibly kind and communicated well, though I found communication with other staff a bit challenging

The bungalow offers beautiful views, but it’s in a very interior location at the far end of Nusa Penida. Taxis are essential, though the stay can arrange them. Unless you plan to spend more than a day visiting Diamond and Atuh Beach, I wouldn’t recommend traveling all the way here for just one night.

Whilst basic this accommodation is ideally located if you are wanting to visit diamond beach and the thousand island tree house without having to travel far after the gruelling climbs. The view from the individual room is stunning out over the sea. The bed was very comfortable and we had our best nights sleep here. There are restaurants nearby too. The staff were very good at communicating on WhatsApp and came and picked us up from the port and took us to our next location too.

The location was a bit remote (as is everything on Nusa Penida, essentially) but because of that, the view was stunning. There was a chair to swing in overlooking the cliff which was a beautiful way to wake up. The staff were very friendly and helped us out a lot and made sure we had a great stay, and the bungalow itself was very cute, nicely made up, and homey. My friends and I had a great stay here (and cuddling one of the owner's little puppy was very much a bonus!).

We checked out a night early due to poor weather on the island and were of course more than happy to pay for the night we didn’t stay. We were asked to pay cash but when we went to pay they had no change and tried to make us pay extra. Also they took our laundry to be washed, charged us 100k which is more than 3x what I’ve been charged anywhere else but that wasn’t even the issue when we unpacked our laundry after leaving it wasn’t even washed. It still smelled bad and had lots of stains. We had prearranged to have an earlier breakfast than usual on our last morning and the lady running the property was asked to have it ready and we never got it. Left a bad taste in our mouth at the end of what was an otherwise good stay

The cleaning in the room and bathroom would definitely be better, someone before me I think just have left their body sponge as it was still hung on the back of the bathroom door and it also had some lizard poo on top of it, this should have been removed prior to me coming. Also the smell of mothballs in the bathroom is quite strong. The bath mat I was not convinced was clean.

Agus the owner is very lovely and will help in any way he can! He is very responsive and provides best price for taxi to and from the harbour as well as to next or previous hotel destination! The location is in a great place to all attractions, although the walk to diamond beach quite steep up and down hill! - 10 mins (Before all the steps) but worth it! The location of the bungalows is wonderful and faces the sea/ cliffs! Lots of Indonesian sounds of wildlife and temple nearby! Not many great restaurants nearby but a must try is AB Resto, I went back here 3 times during my trip and the portions are good and delicious food! Very friendly staff too, be careful of monkeys near diamond beach they will grab your things if unattended or not looking! They are quick…
