New ZealandConstruction work near my room. It would have been nice to sit on the balcony and look at some artwork or maybe a painted design on the concrete block facade that was facing my room. Signage to where the foyer front desk was would also be very helpful.
All the staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and hospitable. Hendra / Rani / Shirley / maintenance / dining & front desk staff..they were all so lovely & kind :-) The room was very clean and the pillows on the bed were the best I had slept on while travelling in Bali. This is a very affordable place to stay in Seminyak and I would stay again as a solo traveller.

The staff were fantastic. The day after we arrived, my daughter got sick, and they arranged for a doctor and nurse to come and see her. They also provided her with chicken soup the following day as she hadn’t eaten anything for 2 days. I had previously visited this hotel many times over the years when it was a previous name. I was so excited to know that it had opened again with a new hotel name. The buffet breakfast had many options to cater for different nationalities staying there. Our room was lovely, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

AustraliaMy daughter and I just had the most wonderful stay at the Hotel Dialoog. I highly recommend staying here. The facilities and pool are beautiful and the rooms are lovely and clean. The team is the friendliest and loveliest team around, they are also so helpful and nothing is too difficult for them - they are so hardworking! The location is excellent - really central in the middle of Seminyak and the hotel is a relaxing oasis. The pool area is stunning and the tunes they play are beautiful in the background but not too much. The hotel is a lovely size that isn’t crowded and hectic either so the team can provide personal service. Thank you wonderful Hotel Dialoog team - particularly Rani, Hendra, Ayu, Shirley, Brasil, Pandu, Ardi and everyone else, you all made our stay so memorable.

AustraliaEverything from start to finish was an excellent experience. We had a wonderful time and well looked after during our stays, we left for couple days for another stay in a different region, but we ended up coming back again before returning home as we enjoyed it so much. Hotel room was great and had everything you need, the pool has a good amount of sun/shade during the day. Great breakfast selections and good choice for the menu in the restaurant too. The hotel is stunning, peaceful and had a relaxed and calming atmosphere. The staff are really wonderful, each and every one of them were highly welcoming, attentive and friendly. Nothing at all was any bother, they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. A special thank-you to the front desk staff, Rani and all the other staff in the dining/pool area for making our stay memorable. If we could rate it higher than a 10 we would, we will definitely be back on our next visit.

Taiwandespite being a refurbished hotel, the room still feels old and outdated, everything in the room was merely usable (dirty towels, curtains couldn’t open all the way…) The biggest problem was the doors didn’t fit the doorframe, leaving a big gap, which caused the room to have absolutely no soundproof. i was constantly woken up the first night by sounds outside the room, and had to use earplugs the next night. the staff did offer me a room swap, but i figured it wouldn’t make much difference since most of the doors seemed to have the same problem. also there were ants in the room.
