The only downside was the breakfast menu, which felt a bit limited and repetitive, definitely room for improvement there.

Everything was amazing. Great Location. Beautiful staff. Breakfast was fresh and lovely. Room was large with a large bathroom. Super close to art market and just a little walk to restaurants. Will definitely stay there again. Price was great also. Thank you to the lovely Jungle Haven staff.

The staff are amazing. So friendly and helpful. And they so went out of their way to helo me get to my airport driver because the road had been blocked.

Food wasn't particularly great. We went for lunch on our arrival day and it wasn't something we went back for again. The chicken burger was fake chicken and everything was a little bit cold.

Room was big and clean, the bed was very nice and was a four poster. We had a nice balcony with a great view of the pool, although we never actually got in it as it was raining pretty much the whole time we were there which was a shame as it looked nice. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Ubud sadly needs more central government investment to relieve the traffic and congestion.

The location was beautiful in the jungle setting yet very close to town. Lovely swimming pool.

There were a few snags during our stay, including the air-con and the fridge not working…. All fixed. The bigger issues were - construction work has almost finished, however check before you go, because jt still impacted our stay. - we stayed in one of the upper units, next to the bar, which meant we were woken up each morning by the staff chatting. - our unit had only recently been painted, which meant the whole unit smelt of varnish, our clothes smelt of varnish, and if you hang anything wet…. It will probably be stained by the varnish.

The property was set in a little valley behind the busy streets, and felt like a jungle retreat. The staff were very kind (especially in the bar) and the drinks were considerably cheaper than in town. The pool was nice and a lovely way to relax after a day on the bike.

The new owner is progressively updating the place and we experienced occasional glitches which were satisfactorily dealt with. Nothing really negative to report.

This is a small almost intimate resort with a lovely pool, more than adequate a la carte breakfast and excellent reasonably priced restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful especially Fery, Ika & Eta. Restaurants, exchange and massage just outside and a short walk to the main street attractions. The many stairs improved our mid 70s muscle tones. Rooms are big enough and privatised by copious vegetation. Lots of squirrels, butterflies, birds and geckos in this jungle setting. The ants don't sting and mossies were unagressive. Overall a nice place for a party-free restful stay.

Some construction was going on and staff should have been aware of disturbance and should have moved guests to other rooms.

The rooms and equipment are clean but a little old and worn off here and there. I didn’t mind and I guess that is the reason why the price was so good.

Spacious rooms, beautiful view, nice breakfast, convenient location, big pool I think they have started renovations and once that’s completed I am sure the hotel will be outstanding.

The bedroom need some love and smell humidity. Unfortunately people who stayed upstairs were very noisy starting 6am which affected our stay.

Bathrooms were a bit dated/could do with a scrub. The spare bed we paid for was literally a mattress on the floor.

The staff were absolutely lovely. The best nasi goreng and mi goreng we had the entire trip was served here at the hotel. The view was also amazing and breakfast overlooking the pool and plants was a highlight.

The rooms are a bit dated and they are upgrading some of the units. When it's rainy season it can be a bit musty in the room.

Exellent location in the middle of the city, but quiet and surrounded by nature. Pool is very nice, also local food in the restaurant.
