Water went off on the last day so couldn’t shower in the cabin before departure. The staff gave us keys to another part of the resort that had showers so not real issue

Super friendly staff, value for money was amazing, cabins are simple but comfortable and the location is really nice. Good food at the restaurant and nice view out to the lake

The aircon was noisy, the water supply was down on the last day and there is some kind of pool but not suitable for swimming, which is a shame.

Great place with basic huts and good food. Good value for money, and great location for us as we were doing a bike race a few kilometres away.

I think a little soundproofing could be good as there was one day we were woken up by many people talking from the neighbouring tent. Was not too disruptive a timing but was woken up earlier than intended. The toilet also had quite a few mosquitoes even with the mosquito net although they tended not to enter the sleeping area.

Super friendly and helpful staff who goes out of their way to make us feel welcomed and accommodated our requests with speed and sincerity. Food there was also great and yummy.

The staff were absolutely wonderful—always kind, friendly, and ready to assist with a smile. Their warm and attentive service truly made a difference. We had an amazing time celebrating my mum’s birthday there. Everything was well-organized, and the atmosphere was perfect for the occasion. None pc of advise: bring mosquito lotion or spray, bring sunscreen and extra handsoap.. buy extra water and snacks other than that all good here.. this is not for party goers, this is for folks who wants a quiet rest and for Nature lovers who loves the sound of the wind..

The place, the service, the quiet getaway - trust me ur time here literally runs slow.. I don't know for what reason. but as long as you don't bring work with u.. time runs slow which is miraculous for me. I'm a very busy person and my head is always thinking. i decided to leave laptop behind and this place is like a total rest. tried all the activities that I can book.. atv here is the best experience.. mangrove watching and blue lake are unique places as well.. worth to go coz these are only found in bintan... the service team here are superb.. great service.. they call themselves "friends" not workers or colleagues.. they are very good, attentive and really friendly atmosphere. Internet is available as well don't worry..

I think the room can be upgrade with more elegant decorations to boost the vacation mood.

1. Check in & check out process - the front desk staff are very helpful. They greet everyone with smiles & they make sure everyone have a great experience during their stay / activity. KUDOS to Ms.Vivi & Mr. Yanu and others because they are friendly & treat everyone patiently eventhou its peak season. 2. Facilities & activity - Our room is very spacious and the bathroom is my fav because it have the natural lighting. - In the morning, i get to feed the fishes at the lake which make me feel very relaxed seeing the fishes swimming around beautifully. - the bicyles are free for check in guest which i use to ride around the camp. - i also take the ATV package which include archery & paddle boats. - My guide during the ATV is cheerful guy whom take a lots of our pictures & video. 3. Food (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) - the food are affordable & delicious. - i really love Dirty Duck, Tamarind Soup, the Chicken Porridge in the menu.

- Indeed, the cabin deluxe is two minute walk from the glamping tent, but two minutes in almost complete darkness and a bit of hill feels long. Should've listen to their advice to book the same kind of room. - I guess it's just the humidity, the room has a bit of smell - Mini ATV was under maintenance, disappointed

Very minor items. Being a forest setup there were a fair bit of mosquitoes around. Had to keep using anti repellent every time we stepped out of the rooms. This was expected, so we were well prepared. Hand wash wasn't there in the bathroom. Would be good to keep a bottle of hand wash by the basin. One extra plug point by the bed would be good for cell phone charging. The swimming pool is not that great. Mainly only for very small kids. Not suitable for adults to relax in the pool but the staff did mention that they have plans to have it upgraded.

The staff was outstanding. Very helpful. Every little request was honoured with great attention to detail. Wonderful experience. Never had this level of engagement from the staff at any other resort. The resort has a moderate number of activities (ATV, bunny petting and feeding, fish feeding, some board games). There were few others that we did not explore. A lot of fresh fruits and vegetables are grown on the property. The staff were kind enough to give us a good amount of fruits to carry back. Breakfast was very good and satisfying both in quality and quantity. We also got a free upgrade from the basic room to the premier room.

The toilet has a urine smell, and if I were to nickpick, better wifi connection would be great.

We had a pleasant stay in Bamboo camp. The hospitality provided was top notch. Though the place is a bit secluded it's very safe for a family stay. They also had few activities for the kids which are fun to play and spend time with family. For those with dietary restrictions they even have vegetarian options. Highly recommended.

The room was very simple but still very clean and no mosquitoes inside. The food was ok but can be improved.

The site is absolutely amazing. There are some animals, a big lake, many activities for kids and adults (craft, art, fishing, mini adv, feeding the rabbits, swimming)

Everything was great. However, having more table space for makeup and other items, as well as two chairs in the room, would be a nice addition.

The staff were always attentive to our requests, providing the quickest response I've ever experienced at a resort even before our checked-in. Vivi at the front desk efficiently handled all our last-minute requests for fireflies tours, transport to attractions such as Sand Dunes & Blue Lake, Cassia beach, and spa services, making everything happen smoothly. The buffet breakfast was simple yet delicious. We had one lunch and one dinner at the resort, and the food was good. The staff were all friendly and cheerful, genuinely passionate about making guests feel at home. The Cabin Deluxe was perfect for two people, with a spacious bathroom for showering and other personal needs. Our room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided. When the hot water wasn’t working, the issue was resolved immediately. The body scrub and head massage were exceptional, explaining why the therapists were fully booked. Despite a two-hour wait, it was worth it. The therapist even escorted me from my room to the spa. After the spa session, I felt incredibly relaxed.

The amenities were limited and the hotel did not have a mini fridge to keep drinks and snacks.

The staff were very hospitable and friendly. They made the atmosphere very welcoming and lively. The hotel is one of the best options for budget conscious travellers.

One of the kettles were rusty in the room, but it can be replaced/cleaned so not a big deal

Fresh air, surrounded by nature, has activities related to nature, but would recommend something else related to the place itself, such as crafting out of bamboo/tour of bamboo areas/ planting bamboos etc. Really enjoyed the room service when we ordered food

The location might be far away from the centre.

Everything. I got free upgrade for my room. The place is peaceful and calm. If you come to Bintan and not feeling to go anywhere, you can spend your time here since they have a lot of activities and attractions. I’m feeling a little regret since I only spend one night here. And the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The toilets could be fully netted to avoid insects or small animals from going in.
