Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

IndonesiaUnfortunately, maybe for some older people, this place can make them exhausted cause they have a lot of stairs and no railing for safety handling. Even this place are in the mountainouse area, as a Bandung people, i can't stand by the heat when i was in the restaurant around 10.00 a.m. I really hope this hotel can improve to add at least fan to reduce the uncomfortable heat on the restaurant.
The concept of this hotel are adopted from the site planning /landscape of indonesia traditional village. The landscape scenery, we can see how green Kuningan-Cirebon City from top of the restaurant. Exceptional WIFI that very suitable to anyone who are trying "Work From Hotel". The room is very big same with the bathroom, all interior is modern but still match with the traditional vibes. The location of the hotel is very strategic in between Kuningan and Cirebon, near to modern and traditional restaurant that suitable to business purposed. The staff are remarkable, they really paying attention to detail and so polite. The food for breakfast is also delicious and all customer can have a personal breakfast that we can choose, either going to eat on the room or in restaurant, we can take away also our food if it not finished. By the time your check in, they wil send you a welcoming traditional indonesia snack and free minibar.

I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel and was truly impressed by its unique charm. The decoration is stunning, with a strong focus on wood features and traditional finishing touches that create a warm and authentic atmosphere. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed, especially the bed setting, which was both cozy and elegant. The swimming pool area is like a hidden paradise, surrounded by nature, with lush trees and big banana leaves providing a peaceful, tropical vibe. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. The food was another highlight of my stay — everything was delicious, but the noodles were absolutely my favorite! Full of flavor and perfectly prepared.

IndonesiaThe toilet bidet was usable but broken (it leaked). Many mosquitoes were in the open-air bath, and there was no hot water, rendering it unusable. The resort location (each room) is almost inaccessible for people with physical disabilities.
Welcome drinks were traditional ones, such as rosella tea and Telang-flower tea. The breakfast menu consisted of both Sundanese and Cirebonese cuisines. The superior king room has a comfortable bed and a large multimedia TV. Our stay was delighted with a special event involving a campfire and kids' games. The resort is in a valley, so we can experience the natural ambiance of "tropical forest."

The overall ambience very healing. It was like experiencing live in an Indonesia's traditional village. U get to see a traditional nightmarket run by the hotel staff, hawker roaming around selling bandrek, and money other stuffs that u'll hard finding in the city. The breezy wind and leaves shaking while enjoying a relax day at the balcony, totally a healing moment. And u can get all the local delicacy at the restaurant. Overall it was a very satisfying experience, definitely will come back again

United KingdomOne of the nicest resorts we have stayed in our month long trip across Indonesia. Staff were extremely friendly and ready to help woth suggesting things to do or giving advice. Included was a massive breakfast buffet with a wide choice of foods and the ability to get things made fresh such as fried rice or eggs a number of ways. The rooms are massive and we had a cool bathroom area built at the outside of house. Everywhere in the complex is decorated with antiques and ornate art pieces which give it an amazing touch. Next time we are in the area, we will definately visit this resort again! 10/10

United KingdomThe restaurant catered poorly for vegetarians. Limited bar was pretty expensive.
The setting of this accomodation is what makes it. It is in the most beautiful surroundings with tropical gardens all around and a view across the valley from the pool. It is designed to take you back in time with furniture and antiques that make you think it could be the 1940s! It was so wonderfully designed, it felt like a holiday in it's own right. The rooms are huge and very comfortable indeed, the bed is fabulous, and even has a streaming tv. We were near the pool so a bit of a walk with a fair amount of steps to the dining area but there is room service if that feels too much! It was good wi-fi not reliant on the central building. We had an large and comfortable terrace that was a plasure to sit out on. As other reviewers have said, it is a covered but outdoor bathroom, so we did meet some froggy friends, but this added to the appeal for us and we really appreciated the space. We were not thrilled with the restaurant despite the lovely setting, but a short walk down the hill takes you to different restaurants, we enjoyed the one that offered Cirebon's best view - it was impressive! As we were only here for 2 nights we otherwise did not leave the complex, the pool was huge and lovely and there were many attractive social spaces to sit and read etc. The gym also had a wonderful view. Free transfers from and to the train station were much appreciated, but be warned, the roads are very busy and although we thought we had left plenty of time we missed our train despite the driver's best efforts. Very easy and cheap to get on the next train though so it wasn't a huge problem.
