The locks were all a bit iffy and the bathroom flooded when it rained. Also the mosque was very loud and would wake you up.

Location is absolutely perfect and the breakfast was delicious. The Aircon was brilliant!

We didn't like the buzzing flickering light in the bathroom, had to call on serviceman to repair. We didn't like the huge slug climbing up the wall in the shower and we didn't like the fact the TV was not working. The room wasn't terribly clean and the duvet had marks on it. Breakfast was very basic and not a lot of options. The hire bikes needed repairing, mine didn't have any brakes - just as well the island is flat!

Location was great, just across the road from the beach/bars. Bed was comfy.

Maybe the sliding doors you had to lock it a few times before it actually locked.

After 7pm, i didn't find anyone at the help desk and it's difficult to get in touch with anyone in any case u need any help. Also the AC was not working properly..I feel the service can be improved and the pool can be maintained properly

The location is superb , very easily accessible and had big rooms and bathrooms too. Overall the stay was good, but the service can be better too ..The staff was helpful in checking in and checking out with my luggage too ..for the price the property is a great deal

If the weather is hot bear in mind that there is no AC, however there is a fan which helps but it can be a pain to enter a room which is really warm, same goes during the night. Also there is no hot water, which is not a big issue since the weather is really warm. Staff was amazing, nothing else to fault.

The location is very good, close to beach. Place was clean, quiet and there is also a pool.

I was a little miffed the TV didnt work but got over that in about 2 minutes - i wasnt there to watch TV !

The hotel was close to everything that was needed. Doni - i called him Valentino 'The Doctor' Rossi - was very good and took the time to chat and have a laugh. This made me feel very welcome and almost like i had a second home. Please dont expect all the bells and whistles - this is a good clean very affordable hotel that is well located and has great banana pancakes for breakfast. All of the staff - not just Doni - were wonderful.

if managed professionally they could really get a wow. there’s enough staff for it to shine & fix everything. facilities said cable tv but when we got there tvs were not connected. we were sick for a few days & this would have helped kids. wifi was adequate - it was a hot spot & would drop out.

The room was very dirty when we arrived , behind / under the bed has not been cleaned for ages. The fridge was dirty , the loo seat stained , all around light switches grubby. But we spoke to Maria on the desk , and they sent someone up to give the room a thorough clean . Felt much better . There seemed to be a lot of male staff just lolling around down stairs , perhaps they should be focusing on making the place a bit cleaner . I guess you get what you pay for , but we stayed in much nicer places for the same money .

The location was good right in the middle of the main strip , best / cleanest beach to see turtles , turn left when you come out of the hotel . Bike hire on premises. Air con good , tea and coffee making was a treat.The breakfast was ok .

The AC unit hasn’t been properly cleaned in ages, and the air coming out of it had this moldy smell. Turns out I was right, because I've had this coughing for almost 5 days since I stayed there.
