We arrived at around 05:00 am in the morning, and it's was not a problem, there was someone waiting for us. Was a wonderfull experience to stay here few minute walking from the famous waterfall, the sound of the waterfall was very calming. The tent/room was very comfortable and clean, with own shower. Breakfast was delicious.

The only problem is that the room might be hot during the day because there is no air conditioning, but that's not a problem because you should go out travel during that time.

Location is excellent. The room is very good even without air conditioner. One morning I didn't want to eat breakfast, so I asked for fruit instead. So… the staff provided me a huge fruit set, which surprised me and made me very full for that meal. 😅

We had an amazing stay! The property is a quick 5-10 minute walk to Tumpak Sewu which was so convenient. The property is super peaceful and beautiful to hang out on the little patio of the rooms. The family who works there is incredibly kind, they even made us breakfast early in the morning because we had to catch a bus. The breakfast was delicious — and they deliver it to your patio which was amazing. Everything was clean and we were able to rent a bike through the family too. 10/10 stay, I highly recommend it!

One tent we booked was perfect, the other smelt a bit damp and musty. Some gaps around the bathroom door let mosquitos in.

The only downside was some other guests who were staying in the tent next to us and were talking loudly at night.

The bed was extremely comfortable and you can hear Goa Tetes waterfall from the tent. The staff were wonderful - the young lady who greeted us for check-in is one of the kindest, most welcoming people we’ve ever met and we wish we could’ve stayed longer. The staff kindly brought breakfast to our tent early so we could hike Tumpak Sewu waterfall early. The omlette and pancakes for breakfast were yummy. It’s also in a great location - just metres from the entrance/exit for Goa Tetes, which was perfect after finishing the long hike… we could come straight back to the tent to freshen up!

The glamping is awesome, walking distance from the waterfalls. Beautiful scenery. There is a restaurant near with giid food and a local bar with indonesian dishes.The tents are comfortable and spacious. Everything is well maintained.Great pancakes for breakfast. The staff is amazing, helpful and very hospitable. We fell in love with this place and people.

Our first experience glamping and we loved it, the tents were done really nicely, the showers had hot water and the beds were comfy! The breakfasts were nice, I really liked that they do breakfast until 11, we went down Tumpak sewa at 7am and were back by 10.30 and could still get breakfast, perfect! There is air con in the rooms, it isn’t hugely effective but they do try but coming round each day and filling it with ice to try and keep your tents cool for you so that was appreciated. They also helped us book a driver to our next accommodation. The location is also great, literally a 5 minute walk to the entrance of Goa Tetes and Tumpak Sewa, we were even able to fly our drone from our tent over the waterfall to get some shots! There is a bar/restaurant a 2 minute walk away to get a beer or dinner which has nice vibes.

The hotel is in a good location that is close to the Tumpak Sewu entrance gate. Beside this, it’s a special experience to stay in such environment, feel like to be surrounded by the forest. The stuff offers delicious food, and they will send to ur room. The host is kind to offer any help. Everything is nice, we enjoy our stay here！

No complaints

The tents are very comfortable and roomy. Nice size bathroom with reasonable hot shower. The staff are amazing. So friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok. Either nasi goreng, eggs and toast or mie goreng. They allowed us to use their scooter for free which was handy. We cannot fault this accomodation. It's also very close to Goa totes waterfalls and caves as well as tempak security waterfall. There are many waterfalls around this area.

There's no way of closing the tent with the moskito net completely, so to avoid having insects and spiders inside, you need to close the "door" layer as well, but then you don't have a view on the amazing surroundings anymore.

A little bit noisey as people get up for sunrise tours at different times but this is what we expected so no problem!

We stayed for 2 nights at dear traveller, the location is perfect for the waterfalls you can literally walk from your tent. The waterfalls are AMAZING! The staff are super friendly and helpful and sort any issues quickly with no question! Lovely breakfast delivered to your tent!

I totally recommend Dear Traveller luxury glamping. The tent is very comfortable and the food is delicious, generous portions,very affordable and the meals always arrived on time. Communication in English was very easy. The location is perfect to visit Goa Tetes and Tumpak Sewu. We also used their transport to travel to Banyuwangi and we really enjoyed our trip with Ary. It was definitely one of the best places where we stayed during our 3 week trip in Java.

Arma, Lina and their team were extremely helpful and kind hosts. The location is fairly remote (other than the nearby waterfalls) and they let us use their scooter free of charge to access restaurants and amenities. Every morning we were given breakfast with coffee, new waters and had our AC water changed. The only negative (which is not the fault of the hosts) would be the proximity to other tents as the neighbours we had when we stayed took no care in how loud they were being in the morning. All in all, if you're looking to explore Pronojiwo then I would definitely recommend Dear Traveller Glamping as a base camp.
