Our door lock broke on the second day but they kindly moved us to another room. The air con was leaking in our new room.

Breakfast is sufficient but quite limited. You also need to wait too long for it (even though you must tell them the night before what and when you want your breakfast). This can be critical if you have some excursion right after that. Not a biggie: there were renovation works going on, with construction materials all over the place (it felt a bit like we were staying in a closed hotel). Sockets did not work in the room.

Quiet location but still close to the north beaches. You can reach all points in the island within 20 min max walking distance. Staff were very friendly. They let us do a late check-out at no extra cost. Free drinking water at the reception. Swimming pool is OK.

Beautiful outdoor and pool area. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice but we had a few minor issues with the AC and our door which all got fixed while we were there. The location was close to the beach and cafes. Added bonus that we had breakfast included.

The room sliding doors are very weird and difficult to open and shut. This needs to be seen to be believed - lol. But a simply lock and key system would work alot better.

Excellent value for Gili Air Gorgeous swimming pool, with shade in morning and late afternoon. Staff are very friendly and helpful Location is close enough to the sunset beach (beachfront accom is not require in my opinion). Comfy beds, hot water showers, and delicous breakfast options Family friendly - check out the play cafe nearby if you have kids - they will love it (300m walk)

Breakfast is quite basic. We struggled to find the property as we didn’t have internet and it’s not listed on the signs where it is and on maps it doesn’t show the road. We found another hotel with internet who then was able to find it and it’s behind another hotel. At night it’s very dark down here so you’ll need a phone torch. I reccomend hiring a bike soon as you get off the boat as it’s about 15-20 min walk to the hotel which is quite long with a backpack.

Pool area very nice. Room nice too. Very clean when first arrived however we stayed for 4 nights and it wasn’t cleaned throughout. We asked for clean towels after 3 nights. Staff are friendly. Staff hired bikes for us.

Clean, modern, silent, lightened rooms, clean pool (perfect to chill). Enough space in the rooms and possibilities to put the stuff somewhere. 2min walk to sunset point. 15min to the center. If you wanna socialize the Bedagan hostel is close so you can join them. Simple but good breakfast with fresh juice.

The wifi was a bit hit and miss at times but this is probably expected on a small island!

We loved de padma! The room was very comfortable and clean. The pool was great- really well designed and good for swimming. The staff were super friendly too; we felt very relaxed here.

There was something about the breakfast that didn't work. Often both rice and vegetables in the buffet were cold. Bikes are lent out for free but they are in really bad condition.

Nice room and great swimming pool. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. There was air conditioning, safety box (but no instructions on how to set it) and fridge. The bathroom was ok with hot water. The bedding was clean and the bed good. It is quiet and peaceful here. A short distance away and on the beach, there are several good restaurants. All in all we were satisfied and will recommend the hotel.

The breakfast was extremely poor. Vegetarians have very few options so we ended up eating elsewhere most of the time. The tap and shower water is salt water so we didn’t feel that clean when washing and you can’t use the tap water in the kettle. The hotel is also next to a very dusty path. This is not uncommon in Gili Air but it was annoying having constantly muddy feet or ruined shoes. We have stayed in nicer places for less money, but ultimately enjoyed our time here.

The room was clean with comfortable beds. The mosque isn’t too loud and the pool is amazing, it was the highlight of the hotel for us. There is a small gym consisting of just a treadmill, two bikes and a cross trainer. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Lack of urgency from the staff, swimming pool was green coloured with so much chlorine in it. No hot water and I don’t know about other places in an island but it was salty as well. Entrance street is very dusty as many of island streets and I guess not much can be done just maybe putting paving or watering frequently.
