The towel are looks old and frayed. It grey color (used to be white). It really disgusting. They should invest on new towel. I’m sure they can afford it. The hotel looks busy and I saw a lot of foreigners staying there. Imagine, what do they think of that disgusting towel.

The pool was not clean, no view, no beds. If you are looking for hotel with nice pool, I wouldn't recommend. Other than that, great location and nice modern hotel.

Lovely modern, but historic boutique hotel in the heart of the historic downtown. The family room proved to be 2 great adjoining rooms.. Great location and nice cafe.

Should have shuttle bus and easily for foreigner go to whoosh station and other place nearest city.

Breakfast is good to many variety of food and the location also very strategic.

Great hotel in a great location. Beautiful views over the surrounding mountains. I really enjoyed the water coolers on each floor to refill my water bottle. Would definitely stay here again.

Best location to go around bandung old town

We ask the hotel if we can borrow the towel for a day since we are going to hot water springs…. They would not allow us , after arguing with the manager , finally they allowed us to borrow the towels. It’s a common courtesy for the hotel to lend the guest - hope they will train their staffs to be more accommodating

Cleanliness can be improved especially in bedroom and bathroom. Stains on pillowcases and towels. On one day, housekeeping did not remove trash.

Location is right on Jalan Braga! Swimming pool was good size, breakfast was great!

Should provide face towels as well. Also, suggest to add more racks in toilet to hang towels, wet cloth etc. Some breakfast food not nice, eg baked beans were too hard, omelettes and fried food too salty, coffee machine didn't work well.

Wide selection of breakfast items but almost same food every day. I stayed for 4 days! Good location - Very close to cafes, entertainment & convenience store.

No major issues. We didn't stay that long in Bandung, so cannot comment too much on what there is to do there.

Fun hotel with themed rooms; decent pool and convenient location for exploring Bandung.

The walking to nearby shops were not so easy and not many shops at Braga .

Food and rooms were excellent . Wish we had the time to go swimming pool and gym .
