The hotel is located right in the middle of some shanty-town area, not a nice neighborhood.

Unfortunately same problem as before, there are some ants in the room particularly on the desk area. Overall the room is clean and nice, but their bathroom shows heavy signs of wear and tear. Shower head is just full of limestone so it goes everywhere and the pressure is just weird. There are traces on the glass door, it seems that it’s been a while since they last cleaned it. Bathroom especially the shower was just uncomfortable, but the toilet is fine.

Stayed here for the second time. It’s the best place to stay before my flight the next day. Their service never disappoints, they always serve with a great attitude. They have a free shuttle every 2 hours. The room service food is great, I really liked their tongseng. Amenities are complete.

The promised free shuttle and offered breakfast. Requested a free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, but to no avail. The choices for breakfast were so limited.

My booking via booking.com includes transportation both from & to the hotel. Even though the hotel pick you up at any time (private car & not a shuttle bus) they only drop you at a few random times with 2pm bring the last drop off. My flight was midnight so I wanted a 9.30pm drop off. They refused to do it & offered to call me a Grab. They were not even kind enough to check if their transport desk had a pick up around a similar time that I could jump in. I explained my contract with Booking.com but they didn’t care. The hotel is NOT near the airport, 25 minutes in good traffic & could be double that. It is worn & neglected. Sheets/pillowcases grey & barely clean in the rooms. The pool area looked like it needed a good mop around & suction. I ordered a meal in my room & the waiter asked for payment by cash or card before he would leave it. It was the worse Gado Gado I have had in 3.5 months (cold rice, congealed sauce more soya than peanuts & greasy tofu). They only had 1 out of 4 options for fresh fruit juice (& it wasnt one I wanted). Very frustrating- I would not stay again.

The pickup from the airport worked well, although it was very busy the driver communicated well & was kind enough to drive me to T3 (I landed at T1) where I had left my luggage in storage. I enjoyed a few swims in an empty pool.

The people very friendly and accomodating. The restaurant is nice, and the food is good. We like the airport shuttle. Also they provide plenty of water in the room, we love it so much. The room is spacious for the family of 3 like us. However, the carpet in the main hallway really need to replaced or cleaned badly. The bathromm is nice but need deep cleaningas too. The area rug in the bedroom is sticky, need a good cleaning as well. Overall we recommend staying there.
