The location was good in the middle of everything. If you are into the nightlife and don’t mind a little bit of noise, it would be perfect for you if you just want to relax it’s probably a little bit noisy. I would suggest if they could put ear plugs in the room that would be great. The staff were very friendly unfortunately so were the mosquitoes. Overall, it is in a perfect spot. We just found it a little bit noisy. That is no fault of anyone.

They could supply havemosquito spray for the room as there are many mosquitoes. It just was a little bit noisy for us. The room itself was nice and in a good location. And there is some roosters 🐓 next door that crow all night but with earplugs that would help that.

The location was really good — we were only 5 min away from the main roads of bars and restaurants. Really comfortable bed and the staff was super nice!

The hotel has beautiful bungalows in the center of kuta. The location is ideal, you can reach everything important and all the cafes and restaurants and even the beach on foot. Hazar will help you with anything, from scooter renting to organising activities.

The only negatives for us were the noisiness in the night, as the room is not isolated and we found it a bit strange that the owner of the hotel wanted to pay us the transport from the airport in exchange of a very good review.

The owner and all the staff were so welcoming and accommodating! I arrived early and I was told as soon as the room was ready for me. My room was gorgeous and immaculately clean!

Everything was perfect nothing to complain about!! It was our best stay clean, spacious bungalow and equipment very well as it was located in very good location..

The owner was very kind and communicative, his manager was also supportive with our needs. The location was close to restaurants and walking distance to the beach. The bed was also comfortable and room very spacious.

Not sure if it's something general in Lombok that you would face in any accommodation, but as it's a Muslim island, it was a bit loud during praying times (around 5-6 am). So, if I could improve something, would be the acoustic of the room.

The room was big and beautiful. Private outside space was a plus. The shower was also very big. Really good placement next to the town centre and restaurants. The staff was nice and even helped us provide a scooter and transportation for our next destination.

Very clean and Great size rooms, very comfortable beds, great location, very helpful and responsive staff. The owner also very kindly provided a complimentary service to take us to the airport after checkout.

All was good. A couple of small things needed sorting in the room (some toilet paper and shampoo) and the staff were attentive and quick to help

I recommend this place for several reasons: It is right in the center super convenient for walking, Fantastic and kind staff and then it is very clean. A little totally natural jewel in tropical chic style.

I was pleasantly surprised with this place. The room was the most spacious we rented through various stops in Indonesia. The bathroom was separated from the bedroom by a few steps which was really beneficial to keep the water from the shower area separate. Hot water in the shower was also the best I experienced in Indonesia. Perfectly in the middle of all the action of Kuta - but I never woke up to street sounds or had issues falling asleep. There are roosters in the area that like to announce monring time :) Staff was super helpful and communicative! Wish I had had more down time to enjoy the pool area more.

Perfect stay, the staff was lovely, very available and attentive; the accommodation was impeccable, super pretty, very functional. We had a great stay and highly recommend it. We will return with pleasure to this address.

Me and my girlfriend loved our stay at Dalai Tropical. Brilliant location right on the main street in Kuta but also away from any noise. Lovely big clean room with lots of nice touches that we weren't expecting. Great pool and garden area. But the main reason we loved it was due to Jlenia, Azhar, Angal and the rest of staff being so lovely and welcoming and looking after us during our stay! We can't thank you all enough and are already looking forward to staying again next year!

Had a fantastic stay at Dalai Tropical. Responsive owner, all of the staff were really welcoming and friendly. Comfortable accommodation and kept very clean by the staff.

The only concern was the WiFi and others nearby getting onto it, making it hard to use. Wasn't an easy fix but we were offered free transport to airport for compensation so that was nice of the owner.

Free pick up from our previous accommodation which was much appreciated. Great location. Just out of the centre of Kuta, but only a few minutes walk to many restaurants, shops etc. The beach is also close, but we only ventured down there once. We hired the family villa and the garden villa. Both villas very clean and were cleaned each day nicely. The staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The pool was good and cleaned regularly. Power went out on villa one night and it was dealt with super swiftly by the staff. Thanks all for your hospitality!

My only recommendation would be is to have a free water dispenser in the family villa. All other accommodation we stayed at has provided these for free and they are most welcome when you have 5 people. Apart from that we were very happy with our stay!

Very comfortable and large accommodation with a lot of extra’s. Very helpful staff and very central in Kuta. As a bonus Jlenia the manager offered us a free drop off at Bangsal Harbour.

One tip; bring some good earplugs if you want to sleep early, next door they play loud music in the evening.
