Like other reviews there was a smell of damp in the bathroom but it wasn’t overpowering.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice of Indonesian and options for those who don’t want that. The location was great as well. I booked the superior room with the Mountain View, which was lovely.

Access to the pool is a bit of a mission. Long way down a lot of stairs. Nice once there tho.

Parking Lot The room is not quite sound proof If you are an elderly or disable person, you will have difficulties going to canting room for breakfast You also will have difficulties going to canting resto (for breakfast) if raining. There is a few meters open space from the steps towards the doors

The architecture and the many connecting spaces were lovely. View was amazing. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast which was included in the price was so varied. Great experience all in all.

Dirty and stained bedding. Damp and mildew on walls. Noisy guests during the night, I had to ask them to keep it down. Smell coming from bathroom. Felt like a budget hotel.

The room at the minimum facility but higher on the price (not worthy). The curtain was dirty, the bathroom design was weird especially for the shower and closet area. The bedroom is too narrow. Lack of mobile signal at the room and the wifi was not too strong.

Rooms smelt of mold. A perfume was sprayed to conceal that smell but that was just as bad. Too bad, but they really have a serious issue with mold. The bed sheets were also not very clean and moist.

Breakfast was certainly good. Styling of hotel in eating and restaurant area really good. One could see a lot of money went in.

rooms were damp and smelled accordingly. it’s still in the process of being built, but the rooms already have corners with mold, at least the 2 rooms that our family stayed in. they had good intentions with a lot of the design features, but a lot of them seem like a very inexperienced hotel designers called the shots. like, the showers spray until right by the bathroom doors, leading to the doors already being damaged and rough looking. ventilation in the rooms is sub-standard, leading to the moisture issues described above. the bathrooms by the restaurant are located/designed in a way that you can see the urinals through the mirror from the restaurant itself. there’s only one soap dispenser on the wall for several sinks. all little things, but added up they don’t give an impression of a well designed hotel.

terrace with river/landscape view was very nice. breakfast was good. location central to shopping/dining. infinity pool was still under construction when we were there, but the location of the pool promises spectacular views and I’m sure it’ll be a highlight of this hotel. most staff was very friendly. especially the securities at the entrance we’re very eager to assist the guests.

See my comments on room and cleanliness above: Room had big column through middle of room blocking view through window? Bed made our legs itch? Phone not working, and no socket for electric kettle. Room not soundproof and noise from outside could be heard and kept us awake. Management refused to give us a better room unless we paid for an upgrade. Staff were friendly though, It boasts to be the best hotel in Wonosobo, but I don't know how it got 4 stars?? On our experience, I could not recommend to anyone.

The room was humid, the facilities does not suit with it’s rate as a 4 star hotel,the toilet was clogged, and the price doubled during the holidays.

The rooms are really moist and full of mold (walls, ceiling, bathroom) and not clean. We could not open the window. Bed sheets were dirty with stains, did absolutely not look washed. Bathroom was sort of clean besides the mold. Definitely not recommend, no good value for money. We slept in places three times as cheap that were thee times better. We moved out after one night and found a cheaper and better place in Wonosobo. Last, pool is not ready yet and the whole building is still under construction so it is very noisy.

The breakfast was good. Friendly staff.
