    The staff is very friendly. The hotel is next to a big mall. The breakfast is good. They serve indonesian n western food.

    The room is small and not soundfroof. We could hear people talking, walking and even baby crying from another room.

    Things are okay over all, the service needs to be improved tho

    Check in supposed to be 2 pm but they assign us to the room 40 mins late and no gesture was offered. This was very uncomfortable as we are a family with kids

    Breakfast was great. Room was good. Location was good for shopping.

    Screaming children in the pool at all hours. Food took up to 1 hour to be served at the restaurant.

    How convenient getting to Mal Galeria from back gate, walking distance...

    The lift always breaks down during the stay.. My 4th time with the hotel & the lifts still keep breaking down.. The Mini Bar Fridge not cold at all in the hotel room..

    Location and price

    There was no communication prior to our stay that the pool was undergoing refurbishment. Alternative pool at another hotel was offered, though not practical. Had this been known prior I would have booked an alternative hotel

    The position close to BIMC hospital and the Bali Galleria shopping centre.
