My room was not very clean and some areas need serious repair (leaking sink in the bedroom area) and renovation. Someone’s underwear was left in the wardrobe. I would’ve loved if they provided some basic essentials like shower gel and soap.

Great location, very cosy garden and friendly staff. There is a small coffee shop right outside and many restos nearby. Close to a wonderful beach and quiet at night.

First night other guests were very noisey. Other than that night time noise bearable and to be expected given its location to a main road.

My boat ticket agent told me I would arrive at Buyuk harbor, that was the reason I booked this hotel as it was very close to this harbor. However, I arrived at Banjar harbor which is on another side. It was so disappointing, I asked the property to cancel my booking because of this mistake but they wouldn’t agree. So I had to take a taxi from and to the harbor that cost like one night at the hotel. Not the hotel-related problem, but maybe it will be useful for other travelers. Double-check the harbor you arrive/departure. This property has good location only if you need Buyuk harbor. The property itself was very basic, it could have been good enough for the money it cost, but it was not clean. The floor was dirty, the shower had some soap leftovers from other guests, the sheets on the bed were old and had spots. There is no glass on windows, only wooden blinds. So you’re practically on the open air with all the insects that can easily go in.

The staff is very pleasant. Breakfasts were basic and small, but still very tasty. The pool is small but clean and refreshing.

Breakfast quality average, pool small (looks bigger in the photos) location isn’t ideal if you don’t have transport as not a huge variety of restaurants nearby but is ideal with the moped as fairly close to the port.

Showers rarely worked at all. Hot water only available for a moment. Cleanliness of bathroom was not good at all.. damp and moldy. Mouse / rat poop in front of room on terrace with chairs was never cleaned (old and new).

Central location. Good coffee store out front. Air conditioning. Clean pool. Breakfast included daily.

the bathroom was moldy and shower was not functioning properly, no hot water, you could not close the windows in the bedroom so insects got in easily, the bed blanket had no cover and looked like it was used before.

The hot water didn’t last very long in the shower but it’s hot enough in Bali anyway so wasn’t all that bad.

Host was really friendly and help, able to organize scooters, transport, etc. all very quickly. Recommended some great places to eat and good sights to see.

The staff was not there all of the times, we had to wait 90 minutes before there was someone there and we could check in. The bathroom was really dirty. There was a lot of stuff left from other guests before, like deodorant, hairbrush, bug spray and so on. The cleaning system in the pool was not often on, which made the pool dirty sometimes. No cleaning or trash emptying during the stay.

-dirty bedsheets -no kettle or toiletries in the room -quite loud at night -has open parts that you cannot close (only cover with curtains) however Mozzys still get in -the bathro is a wet room however once you have a shower all the water pools and stays around the toilet meaning every time you go bathroom your standing in a pool of water

We had booked two rooms. The bed sheets in one room were stained yellow. Ants in the bathroom, sink and bathroom were filthy, splatters of dirt on the tv screen, dirty sun loungers and pool area. Once we checked in we immediately left for lunch to try and find somewhere else to book. Upon returning about 35 minutes later there was no staff around and they were not responding via WhatsApp. I highlighted the issues via WhatsApp using photos and asked for at least a partial refund as we had booked for 3 nights and did not even touch the beds / use any facilities, which they refused. Extremely unhelpful and disappointing. We had read previous reviews highlighting concerns about cleanliness, however, the hotel had responded the these stating they would improve which is why we booked. I do not recommend booking this property if you are looking for somewhere clean to stay.

There was a poop on the pillows !!! And the soap of previous guests and the toilet seat was dirty also the toilet paper was wet!!! They just care about taking money from the guests!!!

Scam I didn’t stay there because they didn’t clean after the guests it was trash room and they said cancel the booking we will refund you and I request cancellation but no one accept it I already spoke with them

So nice place!! comfortable bed, beautiful building nice clean swimming pool, nice location everything cheap around. And there is a nice shop coffee at the front and they offer smoothies as well. Very kind and lovely people.

The Staff were so nice and friendly. Girls at reception were really nice and the owner was very grateful and nice too, food in the morning was good. They were so helpful with getting us a last minute trip around the island including snorkeling.
