There is construction going on in the area where this is located which can be off putting initially however when I read reviews about this I contacted the owners. They prepared a room for me that was away from the construction noise as much as possible and to be honest I couldn’t hear it at all. So I’m very grateful for how accommodating they were. Just a note to add - there is construction in most of Ubud it’s not something the owners can control. The fact they went above and beyond to make sure I had the best stay was amazing and truly appreciated

I loved the room - it was big, spacious, balcony with view to the jungle area, a desk and mirror space for working/taking calls. The WiFi was excellent and I am very grateful for how accommodating the owners were too. I ended up extending my stay another night without a problem.

We started in a room that smelt of mould, thankfully they moved us to a much nicer room. But they shouldn’t have anyone in that room until the problem is sorted. The place is surrounded by construction, we had to bring our bags through the work site and they got quite dirty. The towels were grey and looked unwashed.

Great location, only 15 mins walk to the centre. The room we ended up in was big and nice enough. Good for the money.

There was rats in the walls and the occasional cockroach. Besides that, the place was awesome and felt clean.

The entrance is a bit confusing and the pathway often has big puddles. The bathroom was a bit worse than expected. This is not about the booking per se, but I ordered breakfast (it’s not included, had to pay) and it was simply awful. Fruits were all green, coffee was pure mud and the omelette was inedible. The only meal I threw away during my 14 days traveling through Indonesia.

Everything was very clean, and beds are comfortable. Free mineral water, coffee and tea.

Some nearby building work did cause some noise but not their fault and nothing too dramatic. Homestay was a bit hard to find; look for Laundry and Pertamina fuel pump on RHS of jalan as u r heading up hill out of town. Access via tiny lane beside laundry. Just big enough to ride your scooter up!

Great location, just out of Ubud town centre. Nearby wahrung, laundry, fuel etc etc to meet all your travel needs. Lovely Homestay at fantastic price. Communal kitchen so you can cook ur own meals/make tea coffee etc. Lovely ppl too!

There was a lot of construction when I stayed. New rooms being built and new garden landscaping. So lots of noise and dirty grounds. I’m sure once they’re complete it will be lovely.

It was not easy to find this place, no proper sign outside, especially in the night time, no light. Towels are grey because of time, instead of white. There was a dirty smell of a blanket. And smell of mold in the wardrobe. No drinking water inside. And crazy noise because of construction. They started built around 7am, I had a pound headache.

Area was good. The room was okey. Shower had proper water pressure. There was a new soap which was ready sweet. WiFi was okey. The lady was nice.

Very loud, construction works start at 8 in the morning, and a lot of people ordinate at the garden. Sometimes there was not hot water in the shower.

The main thing I didn't like was that I saw some reviews about construction and when I messaged the homestay about it they said "it had finished" but it hasn't. I wished they were just honest from the start. I stayed in room 4 and you will have workers working around you and not much privacy anyway as the restaurant part is right by this room. Even though there wasn't much mechanical noise when I was there you will still hear people talking just outside and people shovelling/moving bits and it actually kinda loud.

The room/bathroom was very spacious and the aircon was great. Bed was a little soft for me but was fine. There was also a closet to put your things in but no TV (if that's a necessity for you). The location is pretty decent, maybe just a 10 min walk to the centre/markets.

Wouldn’t recommend to rent a bike from them, we rented it for one day but it was broken, we had to visit the mechanic on the way. The stuff wasn’t present when we tried to find them and most of them didn’t speak English
