The hotel room itself is old and needs an update, with a few stains on the floor or corrosion of metal in the bathroom, but clean.

The property has great facilities: awesome pool, restaurant with delicious buffet breakfasts with multi National cuisines, massage facilities and a clean room with no noise. Supermarkets open late, in walking distance. Airport about 4 km or 10 minutes away by car. Awesome staff throughout the hotel, with easy, late night reception.

It was a little noisy with other guests coming and going, but somewhat to be expected for the location.

Stuffy and dated room, AC didn't work as intended. I also got a room right next to the lift so it was pretty noisy throughout the night. Cleanliness was OK overall but a couple of stains on towel and pillow cases.

Value for money, it was for a quick layover before I continued my journey to Ubud. Decent room size, amazing breakfast selection and the pool looked amazing even though I didn't get to use it.

Our room was city view due to which there was alot of noise, dont book city view rooms which are probably deluxe rooms👍

We stayed there for 4 days, loved everything, and their food was amazing . Staff is very cooperating and always willing to assist our queries. Location is also very good nearby to many amazing restaurants and malls.

Our room faced the busy road so it was quite noisy but we slept fine with some ear plugs in.

We loved landing here after our late flight. It is so close to the airport, I’d say about 10 mins. The buffet breakfast is amazing and the lovely Balinese music is so relaxing. The pool area is so lovely and tranquil, it doesn’t feel like you’re in the middle of busy Kuta.

The only downside was that the room could have been a bit cleaner.

We stayed for one night and had a good experience overall. The room was spacious, comfortable and very quiet. The location is super convenient, being close to the airport, and there were plenty breakfast options.

The shower overflowed. The road was extremely busy outside, making it very difficult to cross the road. The reception desk was cluttered, and ornaments dirty.

The bed was very comfortable, breakfast was very good. The pool was attractive and the staff were very helpful. The security man was extremely accommodating.

We came to breakfast around 9;30 and then the bubur was finished. Breakfast is OK, but not very extensive. Can be a bit improved.

We got an upgrade to one of the suites. Bigger room. Price quality is good. rooms are clean and bed is good.

Didn’t stay the night in the comfortable bed or have the included breakfast as only used for the day.

Convenient location to International Airport. Didn’t sleep night but great to spend the day before a late night flight.

The reception forgot to ask me to pay initially, so they had to call me down afterward. During check-in, they warned me about all the charges if the room is damaged, which is understandable but didn’t feel very welcoming.

The room was nice and perfect for a night before flying out of Bali. The bathroom was great, and the hotel itself is beautiful.

Only issue is AC took longer time to cool down.

We like the staff behavior & service. The pool was really good with nice shades on some part by greeneries. Breakfast was really nice, it was a buffet. Inhouse restaurant was also good and reasonably priced. Room was adequate and up to the mark. The location is near the DPS airport.
