New ZealandThe room service option for food and drinks was limited with the facility only operating during day. The hotel did not inform me about the lack of service in this area. The delux room balcony had a light which came on automatically, seriously disrupting the privacy and comfort. since there was no switch to manually operate it from the room. This lack of option to manually control the balcony light was extremely disruptive to the quiet enjoyment and privacy of the delux room, and the use of the balcony facility.
The breakfast option was satisfactory but the choice of selection could be further improved. The spa services was excellent, and it was great. Full marks to the hotel staff, they were great and very accommodating, and did their very best to make my stay comfortable.

SingaporeThe pillow is too soft and provides only 2, so I had to request 2 more. Toilet for the Junior Suite doesn't come with a shower screen, so it's easy to get the toilet wet, and the shower spray is fixed on one location, so we were unable to move it up and down.
Despite being 20 years old,the hotel is at the heart of batam and atop the hill and was nowhere near the main bustling road, so it's pretty peaceful and quiet up here. The view during the day and in the evening especially is amazing. The breakfast food variety is good enough. Went for the full 4 hours of spa at the Spa Village, and it's excellent. My wife enjoyed it. Junior Suite room is exceptional but looks abit old. Room and overall environment is kinda old but still consistent and maintained. Otherwise, there's not much issue.

SingaporeThe air conditioning was not cold enough, the bar did not open till 5pm, the location is too far away from any shops, so if you want a coke you need to take a taxi. When the bar opened at night it is fantastic though. Breezy, cooling, beautiful view and great staff.

SingaporeRequires a major cleanup and overhaul. The bathtub appeared to be leaking, flooding the bathroom floor. The windows and display shelves in the lobby were dusty, which is a pity as the decor is imaginative and attractive.
