Not really enough utensils, cups, and glasses. Be aware of the power supply: half of it is on the building's generator. So if some of the electrics don't work, it's because the town power has gone out. I'd suggest the owner swaps the air-con off the generator circuit and put the fridge on there. The location is a bit poor: 1.0km from the nearest BRT stop (but reduces to 400m via back gate 05:00 - 21:00), or 1.8km from the next nearest BRT stop. I blame the BRT for putting stops so far apart. The nearby level crossing and railway line can be a bit noisy - We got used to it, but hopefully the authorities will remove this level crossing in a few years which would cut a lot of noise. Laundry service (Gracias Loundry) - a paid laundry service just north-west of the main lobby entrance is a bit coy with their pricing (but in the end, cheap enough at Rp. 9000/kg), and they don't really do a good job. They're actually more useful as a (unofficial, paid) luggage storage.

It was clean, and had a good desk, stove, fridge, and a few provisions (pots, pans). It's not large, but there's enough room to work, and plenty of power points (including an 8-way British adaptable power board which directly takes AU/NZ and other power plugs) Air-con worked well, and so did the shower. Plenty of cupboard space.

Some issues with access card, building management eventually sorted it out. It's quite noisy but nice to feel at the centre of the action!

I had a wonderful stay at DreamStay Jakarta in Central Jakarta. The apartment is located in a high-rise building, and my room was on the 15th floor, offering a fantastic view of the city from the balcony. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with very clear instructions for taking the keys and accessing the apartment. The room was clean and well-maintained, with everything working perfectly — including the air conditioning, kitchen appliances, and TV, which had both Netflix and Amazon Prime available. The apartment also had a nice kitchen setup and a lovely balcony where I could relax and enjoy the skyline. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout my stay, making sure everything went smoothly. The Wifi was also great for working. The location is great, surrounded by plenty of food options, and there's a supermarket and laundry right below the building for added convenience. It's easy to get around with Grab — only about 15-20 minutes to either the Old Town or the National Monument. Overall, this was a perfect stay with great amenities in a secure, comfortable environment. I would definitely recommend DreamStay Jakarta for anyone visiting the city.

The location around was not very walking friendly, not many restaurants or cafes around at walking distances. You have to take a cab to go anywhere, cabs are very affordable though. We spotted some cockroaches in the kitchen, which is the only things that needs to be improved. Otherwise Excellent.

Excellent studio apartment with all the amenities required for a short stay. Host is very nice and responsive. Good wifi, TV with Netflix connection. Amazing views from the Balcony. Nice little workstation on side of the bed. Easy check-in and check-out process. Nice clean apartment with all the useful things like utensils, cooking pans, coffee mugs, extra water gallon for water dispenser provided by the host. Nice clean towels and bedsheets. There is an Indomart and laundry in the building, which is very helpful. Good outdoor pool accessible for guests.

The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need, including free water, a TV with Netlifx, good air conditioning and a space to work. The building has a pool, a gym and a supermarket where you can buy some essentials and snacks. The location is good, you can reach main spots of the city within a short drive.

Very clean place in a recently built tower. The towels and bed sheets were clean and fragnants used to give you a very good feeling. The blanket was warm but light. The owner was super helpfull. Our room was in floor 15 with a nice Jakarta view. The booking did not cost an arm and a leg. Occasional queations were answered quickly. Even after leaving the place, the owner reach out and asked for feedback and areas to improve although I could not find any issues to share with them. I recommend the place definitely.

The apartment is clean and small but just enough for business traveller, but surprisingly towel is provided. The plus point is that it is close to JIEX Kemayoran. Some people were disturbed with the train noise, but it was fine during our stay, it was not too disturbing.

The room is very clean, equipped with everything I need. The check in procedures are very clear and detail. I do not need to call host anymore. Balcony view is amazing, especially during the night. There were cockroaches — not a disaster, but definitely at the edge of what’s comfortable (I understand it’s due to the housing type). The bathroom drainage is very poor — water collects in the corner, and it’s nearly impossible to clean it out completely. The room was smaller than in the photos, but I expected that.

The studio has everything needed for a comfortable stay: a refrigerator, a gas stove (not automatic), a properly working air conditioner, and stable Wi-Fi. The neighbors were quiet — generally peaceful, though you will always hear the train and religious chants from outside. The host is very attentive and provides thorough information.

There wasn’t really anything major I didn’t like. Maybe just the train noise was sometimes little loud, but nothing that bothered me much. Overall, it was a good experience.

I really liked the apartment’s location — it was convenient and close to everything I needed. The space was clean, comfortable, and had a cozy atmosphere that made me feel at home. The building staff were also friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
