The room was really nice and the shower had plenty of hot water and a/c worked fine. Location was ok but had to walk 20 mins to get to a bike rental (maybe there was one closer but I couldn’t find) reception staff and security were all friendly and helpful.

The staff were so kind, friendly and smiley. It was a lovely location in that it was just off the main road but you absolutely couldn’t hear noise - a nice little peaceful side street. The room was clean and lovely, really good value for money so exceeded our expectations.

Like the name says, it was very cozy. Staff is very helpfull and kind. They helped us with recommendations for food etc and buying train tickets when leaving the property. Beds are on the hard side but so comfortable i wish i could buy the bedsheets myself so comfy.

We were looking for a place just out of the main centre and this was perfect for us. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, really stylish and high end. Photos capture it well but I reckon it's even better when you get there. The room was excellent: clean, modern, great aircon and extremely well presented. The whole place is put together so well, we just loved the feel of it. Location is fantastic: you can walk into the town centre easily, about 20min or so, and it's an easy, interesting walk, but also within 5 minutes you have a massive amount of choice of coffee places ( Malang is filled with incredible coffee places ! ) and places to get a bite to eat. What also may not be apparent from the listing is that this guesthouse is in the most upmarket, stylish neighbourhood, it's just a pleasure to wander around there. We loved it. And the neighbourhood also comes with fantastic restaurants, where the food is awesome and the prices are incredible!! We actually had a placed booked right in the centre of town, but we swapped to this one. Best decision we could have made.

Really beautiful place in a really nice part of Malang. We felt so comfortable. The rooms are spacious, modern, clean and beautiful. They have everything you need. There’s a common area with a fridge and appliances for eating. The owner is really nice and helpful. Good location, supermarket and many restaurants in the area. We loved our stay here. We also could check in in the middle of the night after arriving via night train.

Super location in the heart of the heritage, upmarket part of the city. Second time using this brand, and just as good as the first. Excellent, friendly and helpful staff, cute interior design and comfortable, decent sized rooms. Excellent selection of breakfast venues close by and OK restaurants within walking distance.
