The place was clean and the staff were very friendly and answered any questions we had about the place. The hotel was close to the beach and close to the main road which has a convenience store. 11/10 stay!

The location was great. A short walk down to the more major road, which then takes you to a lot of the Seminyak hot spots!

We had trouble getting the tv to work by properly. At one point the tv would not turn off so we had to unplug it.

The greenery and the pools were lovely. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was eager to help us in any way. Cove Tevana is in a great location for dining and shopping.

When we arrived the bed sheet was a little dirty and so were the towels but they were changed straight away - however, we did arrive before check in time.

I would have preferred a fridge in the room, however the communal fridge was literally just around the corner.

The location, it was down a lane, but only a couple of minutes walk to the shops and bars etc. the staff were helpful and friendly. There is a communal fridge and a water dispenser. This wasn’t communicated to us on arrival.

The facility is not so good the first day we stayed the water is not working till we cannot take shower and the staff also cannot help us to change the room

The hotel has seen better days. It’s looking tired and could do with a maintenance overhaul. The air conditioning unit in the room leaked continuously (not condensation) leaving a puddle of water in the middle of the floor. The taps in the bathroom were difficult to use because of the rubber fitting on the handles. The blinds in the bathroom were rusted and falling apart. The room was next to the stairs so you could hear people tromping up/down, as well as footfall from the room above. The light in the wardrobe didn’t switch off and the doors didn’t fully close. The shared kitchen was rusted out and dirty. Was meant to stay three nights, I left after one. The bathtub had sticky remnants on the bottom, the shower head was a handheld thing.

- although it’s a central location, the walk in and out of the property to get to the main road is a little bit unsafe/uncomfortable, poor lighting and not many people around. - Bathrooms are cleanish for the price it’s definitely bearable. - There is no safe in the bedroom. So storing valuables is impossible.

The towels were old, worn and dirty, there was no fridge in the room, no sealed bottled water. Reception was a table by the side of the road and I didn’t feel secure leaving my details. They took copies on their phones.

There was no fridge in the room, room was tiny, no sealed bottled water, was just a filled bottle that we didn’t know if it was safe or not. Towels were greying and worn. Check in area was on the side of the street with nothing that would fill you will confidence. Was booked for a night at the end of our stay but managed to get another night at the accommodation we were staying at in between.

Location was good, no noise. Pool looked nice but we didn’t get chance to try it out. Staff were friendly.

Nothing! Everything was great.

Perfect location! 5-7 min walk one way to motel mexicola area, other direction very close (walking distance) to potato head, kynd cafe, revolver cafe, and round the corner from Mrs sippy! Really quiet too most of the time we had the pool to ourselves
