hot water for shower did not work at all,, so we have to take the cold shower... for the price IDR 3,7 Mio per night definitely not worth to stay here. the pool is tooo small. no place for kids to play (no playground), they have kids activity but not good enough for my kids.

Room is spacious, good for our group because they have big sofa so no need to add extra bed. My group is 2A and 3C, so no extra charge for extra bed. Breakfast has many varieties. The room AC is cold.

The newly designed bathroom, still need improvement on it’s drainage floor. Please upgrade the quality of the pool, at least provide water heater dedicated to the pool.

The duvet was a bit smelly and uncomfortable. We could hear the people’s conversations from the room next to us, not sure because of the connecting door or the wall is so thin. The AC is either too warm or too cold.

One thing that slightly disappointing is the pillow. It's already flattened, so it may cause uncomfortable sleep.

The staff from front desk, concierge, bell boy to house keeping were friendly and helpful. As always. We asked for connected rooms and they were ready and available when we checked in. This was a repeat stay with the hotel. We liked that it was only about 10-15 minute (morning, without traffic) taxi ride to the train station.
