Australianoise - due to people coming and going right up to after midnight open close of doors meaning door slam noises through the night which for those who like to go to be before 9pm can be an issue or if babies are sleeping. this is more about people not respecting noise for others not as such the hotel causing the issue. mosquitoes - would be good for the hotel to invest in maybe plug in wall mosquito repellants as we were bitten alive by large one in the room and hot not open our balcony door
the room and breakfast were amazing its our second stay at the Marriot. facilities are great and the golf cart to drop you to certain places is excellent the staff a so friendly and no request to too much trouble

Friendliness: The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided a warm welcome and so very helpful. From our reception check-in with Priscillia to your restaurant staff who included Sebastian, Maria, Wuhan, Bunga. Our room cleaning team of Rama and Joudis who took care of our room. Every single person we came into contact with were exceptionally amazing. Helpfulness: The receptionists & all staff were very helpful and answered all our questions and served us efficiently. Efficiency: Late-night check-in was handled well by the waiting staff, and the 24-hour smiling room service was a great perk. Food: The restaurant's food was tasty, freshly made, and offered a good variety of options. Facilities: We appreciated being able to relax at the spa and the beautiful amazing pool area. Location: The hotel's convenient location was perfect for our needs. Close to the beach, massage parlors, bars, clubs and shopping areas.

Modern, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Superb breakfasts with a variety of options and great coffees. Staff were all friendly, especially the breakfast staff who were all lovely and welcoming every morning. Room was cleaned perfectly every day.
