We had a fantastic stay at Courtyard Marriott Nusa Dua — the perfect balance of comfort and understated luxury. The hotel is beautifully maintained, surrounded by tropical gardens and a long lagoon-style pool that winds like a river, ideal for a refreshing swim and relaxing all day. Our room was spacious, spotless, with a nice garden view, well-equipped. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. A special mention to Ulan, one of our breakfast servers, whose sweetness and welcoming manner made each morning memorable. The breakfast buffet itself was excellent, with plenty of variety to satisfy everyone in our group. In truth, breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay — our group looked forward to it every single day! The beach club access was another highlight, making it easy to enjoy Nusa Dua’s calm waters and snorkeling. The free shuttle bus was a big plus, as well as the various free activities the hotel offers guests. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

The wall in our bedroom was dirty. It was cleaned after l reported it. The bedroom and bathroom are slightly dated.

Great resort, everything you would require.. Excellent staff, all very friendly and helpful, a special thankyou to Okin at the front desk who helped us with a tricky situation, and Jodo who made great coffee and our room keeper Hendra... all in all an awesome few days

The bus to the beach club could be more frequent and the towels at the pool sometimes ran out.

The staff were universally incredible - polite and cheery and always helpful. Special mention to our room (4314) cleaning staff and to Diku and Rajah in the restaurant. The gardens were lovely and the pool area was spectacular.

I do think the breakfast area should have a barrier between the dining and pool area.

Great hotel, friendly staff and went above and beyond. Our son fell into the pool on day 1 and banged his head, the staff very quickly took us to the hospital and helped us with everything. Thankfully he was ok, but the staff kept checking in on him and made so much effort to make sure he was ok. We were all-inclusive and had great meals. The pool area was great and shuttles to local areas were easy to use.

A fantastic Resort with huge pools set amongst tropical garden setting. We stayed in one bedroom king suite with balcony and pool view which was very impressive! Incredibly spacious and had a wonderful location overlooking pool.

Cannot fault the buffet breakfast there was plenty of choices for everyone. The resort was close to supermarkets, restaurants and market stores. The rooms were cleaned daily, we had a truly real holiday

They don't have a heated pool but it was no biggie since it was very sunny then!

Aside from the place looking soooo pretty, clean, and just totally relaxing, the service here is chef's kiss. Everyone is greeting us with a smile, and trying to accommodate us as much as they can. I celebrated my birthday there and they greet us with a cake, a birthday message, and just top-notch service. The buffet breakfast has sooo much selection. I am very picky on food but they gave me a lot to choose from. We had a really great stay and wished we have stayed longer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
