Fans in the common areas would make dining and meeting friends more comfortable. The lack of a mini fridge in our room for drinks and treats was a real pain. A few more than 3 hangers for a couple would've been great. Iron in the room is a necessity also a gym would make it a true 4star hotel.

Location was awesome, right in the centre and across the road from the beach. Very clean, amazing staff. Free parking for our motorbike was awesome.

The beds are super comfortable. We had a king and it was hard to get out off! Just across the road from the beach. Pool is smaller than others but not busy. Best mid morning to lunch time as is covered in shade in the afternoon. Lots to choose from for the breakfast. Staff are great.

A wedding or something arranged at the hotel and the music was very loud. Be aware there might be regular festivities at this hotel, as it seems to be a hotel that does that sometimes. Music stopped around 11pm, and I didn't mind, but worth mentioning for other visitors.

Price and location for our use, we only stayed for one night to rest before heading off to our next destination.

There’s no air conditioner in the elevator so it’s extremely hot and humid in there. When I stayed there, it was new year’s eve and a lot of people stayed in the same hotel also yet only one elevator was operating that time. I hope you will have maintenance for the elevator when it’s not the crowded period.

The room is clean and the hospitality gave me great experience of staycation.

honestly my family and I would rather stay at some other hotels. from the outside the hotel looks really nice, but when it comes to the rooms, its not on par with other hotels. We stayed in Lombok for almost a month as such we keep on moving from one hotel to another. The design of this hotel rooms are just not as good as the design of the exterior of this hotel. it's like they emphasize more on the exterior of this hotel rather than the rooms. I think the room design should be more important than the exterior design because guest usually spend more time in the rooms rather than outside.Basically you can pay cheaper price elsewhere and get hotel rooms with a minibar and hotel safes box even when paying for superior rooms.

Super easy to get by and this is very close to the beach. Huge property and very close to other food options such as KFC and Pasta Pojok. • Rooms are squeaky clean and there are around the clock staff who will tend to your needs. • We had breakfast in the buffet area, yet order from a set menu option where there were 3 Set Menus to choose from. Since this is the Ramadan time where most of the people do fast during the day, they have not opened the buffet during weekdays. Breakfast was good and they had both Continental and Indonesian food to choose from these set menu options. • Also, the place has their own restaurant across the hotel which directly faces the Sunset, which is another breathtaking view that you can enjoy. • There is another very good restaurant named “Pasta Pojok”, which has great food which can be eaten throughout the day. • We got a deluxe room which in the 3rd floor and was spacious. The room had a Dental Kit, toiletries, towels and Bed Room Slippers. • Tea/coffee making facilities are provided along with 2 water bottles. There was also a desk and a chair, similar to an office space. • Value for money was satisfying. • WIFI is available in the room and the lobby area for free.

Lift did not work when we are checking in in the middle of the night and very tired after long drive. Need to walk until 6th floor. Luckily the front office Staff help with luggage.

The location is off a busy highway so it's advisable to arrive with your own transport to facilitate getting around. Like Senggigi itself, it could do with a bit of a refurb.

The room is a good size and has all the things you'd need. The breakfast is good and the staff were friendly.

There are NO refrigerators in the room. This means I could not keep milk for tea or coffee or any cold drinks.

Swimming pool could be more private, next to the restaurant. And maybe a bit bigger.

Really good hotel, felt really luxury as a backpacker. Good breakfast, a lot of Asian food, but also some western options. The staff were really friendly!
