No hot water at all, when I asked they said that's right NO HOT WATER. Also no daily clean or bed making, no kettle or coffee etc. Take wetsuit shoes as the beach has a lot of Coral.

Breakfast was great if you get scrabble eggs. Everything else was not great. Staff were awesome, very friendly and helpful. Rooms were pretty good also but very simple. The pool was lovely as was the bar/restaurant on the beach. We swam with Turtles right off the beach. Close to shops and restaurants

Could be a little cleaner

The location is amazing on the quite side of town but an easy cycle to everywhere. The decking over the road is amazing for turtle spotting and snorkling from.

Needs a little renovation as our room leaked with heavy rain and perhaps some termites or ants putting grit on our bed daily. Also cold showers. But for $20 who cares.

Anton and the staff made it feel like home for 3 nights, good food and friendly service. Accomodation and restaurant is beachfront for snorkling and turtle viewing. A clean lovely temperature pool. Next door is the Convenience store, markets, massage and beauty spa. 2 minute stroll to beach cinema, dive centre, boat tours, excellent restaurants. Gili Trawangan was our favourite of the Gili islands with an accessable 7km footpath/road around the whole island to ride our bikes freely. North West is quieter with no noise after 10pm and no mosque singing was heard. With plenty of atmosphere still.

No hot water and no pressure shower and the towels had many stains. For the price paid they should improve.

The property was clean and the staff are amazing. The location was good for me, beautiful beach nearby and good restaurants. And far from the croud but also reachable with a walk.

The bungalow i was in needed maintenance. It was the older one. Ask for the new remodeled ones. They are lovely. The way to get there is a bit tricky. Note - only cold shower.

The location is stunning. Sunrise happens right outside. Very quiet away from the party strip. Lovely gardens. Swimming pool facing the ocean. I liked the pineapple pancake and lombok coffee for breakfast.

The only comment I would have is that the staff in restaurant could be a bit more attentive.once you have your food/drinks (ordered at bar) they forget yyour existence.

Its nice and quiet out here since its on the north side of the island, but there are not that many shops or restaurants here so you do have to ride your bike about 15 minutes every time. Keep that in mind. Also there was no drinking water provided. Breakfast wasn’t great (what’s new in Indonesia)

The little bungalows are so cute, they fit the island vibe perfectly! We saw turtles each morning when we went snorkeling on our own little beach in front of the hotel. Where else does that happen?! Great value for your money.

I like this place a lot, cause is far away from the central, I had comfortable room and worth the price for standard room incl. breakfast🍳☕🍞 😋. The service was good, they help us a lots to get what we wanted . The staffs are so nice, honest and helpful . Definitely will be back here again sometime 😇. Ps: I had read someone comment💬 who said that the staffs stole her money , sorry to say but I think this is not true, cause in my experience they never ever toked anything from my room , even I leave them the key 🔑to clean the room. So please guys, don't quick to judge!! Be safe and have a pleasant stay guys! ❤❤

For the money it is more than worth it! the pool was beautiful and clean! The little hut was lovely! It was well kept and clean for us! We hired bikes and they where fine, New bikes and well kept! the best bit was the front by the sea to sit on, made some wonderful memories on there!!! I would stay again! the value was so good including breakfast! Breakfast was also delicious!

We liked the island....to understand the answer to this question, first you need to decide "why are you visiting Gili ?"....when it comes to booking a hotel / room / hostel in Gili, what you need to realise is that there are 3 categories; 1) Back packing travellers in their mid 20s....these people will pick either hostels or cheap rooms. 2) Back packing travellers 30+....these people will pick hotels or individual bungalows 3) Your standard holiday tourist....these people will be picking hotels or individual bungalows Now, Gili is one of those places in the world that is quite unique. There is a certain level of acceptance and chilled vibe running through the air. All of the accommodation options, with the exception of the posh hotels, will have one thing in common....they are all subject to power cuts which also impacts the availability of water. Hot water is classified as a luxury and is only typically available in the nicer more expensive hotels. Accept this and then pretty much all of the accommodation is much the muchness....obviously hostels are a level on all their own and if you have ever stayed in one, you will know what I mean.

Quiet spot, lovely staff. Great bungalow and veranda. Walk out the front for a swim with turtles followed by a cold beer. Such a great place, will definitely be back.
