I felt right at home. The room was comfortable, there was a spacious area to relax, the pool was nice, helpful information was written on a board including activities to do, Hasta the dog was friendly and Dina was a perfect host.

Cool Breeze was delightful and likes its name very authentic. We stayed two seperate nights and both were equally good. Staff were very responsive to messages, enabled a quite late arrival for our second night, assisted us with a loan of beach towels for our trip down the island which was above and beyond. The breakfast was delicious (we chose the Indonesian rice option) and very generous. Coffee was good and available anytime. The view from the upstairs verandah of the harbour was terrific. Loved that this accomodation was in a pedestrian zone. Rooms were very comfortable, very clean. Felt very safe. Close to La Boheme Cafe for dinner if you don’t want to walk far.

Beautiful waterfront location. This was our second time staying here before and after a boat trip to Komodo Nat’l Park. The family warmly welcomed us back. We appreciated our room was ready a bit early so we could get some laundry done. The hostel a few steps away has good dinner, as well. The family here helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. This is not a large fancy hotel. It’s a small, simple, clean and comfortable family-run place. A good experience staying in a local Labuan Bajo neighborhood rather than a tourist area. Thank you for the hospitality!

I truly enjoyed my stay at Cool Breeze Hotel in Labuan Bajo. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. I was especially touched when they acted quickly to send my water bottle to the airport after I had accidentally left it behind—such thoughtful service is rare and truly appreciated. The team was always informative and helpful whenever I had questions. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Labuan Bajo

Absolutely lovely family run accommodation. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect breakfast, nothing heavy yet filling. Right in the waterfront and a promenade that takes you all the way around the bay to the marina. We stayed here before and after a 3d/2n boat trip around Komodo Park. They kindly held our carry-on luggage so all we had to take in the boat was our backpack. Local family life happens all around this accommodation. We loved it.

The rooms are very small and the bathroom was a bit smelly (might be because of the ventilator was near the house of the neighbors), but it was not a problem to us because the outdoor area was very cosy.

We appreciated the kindness of the Dutch owner and the crew. They were very helpful! The hotel lobby and terrace are very beautiful, we loved the views and the neighborhood.

Great friendly, relaxed place to stay in a local neighbourhood close to the harbour front. Lovely terrace to take in the harbour view and sunset. The hotel team was very helpful in sorting day trips and helping with our questions. A few reviews had mentioned the dogs, but these were absolutely fine and largely kept to themselves.

Lovely guesthouse style hotel run by an Indonesian-Dutch owner. The room was pretty and comfortable, and the breakfast spread was great. The highlight for me was the large wooden deck on the first floor - great place to relax, read, nap, watch the sunset, with a gentle breeze blowing from the sea. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do around town. A note that this property is in the residential area of town, rather than in the more touristy area close to and north of the airport. You will see the real town and how residents live around the hotel, not the sterilized tourist hotel area. We were very happy to be in this area and see kids and families around, spending time together in the evenings.

Amazing stay. The property is right on the waterfront with a beautiful view of the boats, but nicely tucked away in its own garden. The rooms (especially the bathroom was a wonderful surprise) are amazing and there is a great treehouse style terrace too. I had a feeling that the owner has travelled a lot and know exactly what you would want and need from a boutique hotel like this (and provides it). All the staff were really nice and helpful too. One of my favourite stays in Indonesia, wish we had stayed here longer.
