Delayed access to our room Arrived 12.00 expected 3.00 pm latest but was close to 4.30 pm then our beachfront deluxe ocean view suite was directly above the children’s daycare and playground ..demanded to be changed so after another 1hour were allocated to ground floor beachfront suite in another wing which was excellent..now 5.30

As with most places in Bali the wine selection is dismal

Large, well maintained resort with exceptional staff. Despite the size, it felt tranquil and uncrowded. The pools were excellent and breakfast selection was great. The suites were a great option for families. Restaurants were good and there were a number of other places to eat within a short walk or taxi ride away.

Maybe from a customer service, they could be more proactive. We reserve a room, but it was not available at check-in. We've moved the next day, but this is far from ideal.

We've enjoyed the food. We had half board, therefore We've had breakfast and we could choose between lunch or dinner. The food was fantastic. Rooms were fine, nothing to complain. The pool was great. The kids really enjoyed the pools. The beach is pretty good. Depends on expectations. If you expect a beach like in Maldives, then you're i the wrong place. At low tide, we could walk ok the ocean floor and see lots of things like enormous starfish. The prices are like in Europe but the difference is that this is Conrad Bali. Overall, it is good value for money.

I cannot fault it!

The staff were friendly, Rooms were clean, they cleans the room’s everyday upon request. Their breakfast buffet is exceptional. I would stay here again!

Both times I have stayed we had to get up early to secure a sunbed near the pool and they were all taken by lunchtime so there were a few occasions we struggled to find a chair anywhere

Breakfast was great every morning a large selection of fruits , fresh bread , and a wide variety of hot food including omelette made to order . Fresh juice and coffee. The half board deal also included lunch or dinner every day . The food in all 3 restaurants was really good. The bar near the main pool also served good food. The resort was well staffed and kept nice and clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Dinner prices in all restaurants to high. Quality and type of food vs price not fair. Waiting time when ordering lunch at pool way to long. Could take up to an hour. Beach not nice and full of plastic. Not kept clean enough

Kids club wasnt great, more like a childcare, my kids didnt want to go, normally they love kids club. The best kids club is Shangri La Boracay - more like a play centre Massage was very expensive

Our reservation experience was disappointing. Although we had clearly communicated we were a family of four and requested a pool-access room, we were initially given a small room in an isolated corner with a construction view—even though we had paid for an upgrade. The hotel was extremely crowded, especially at breakfast, with long queues and a loud atmosphere. It felt more like an American resort than a local Balinese experience, with very little cultural touch. Unfortunately, the overall vibe was too busy for us, and we wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

Once the reservation issue was acknowledged, the guest services team handled it professionally within a few hours, despite the hotel being fully booked. They kindly moved us to two different rooms during our stay—both were spacious and comfortable. The RIN restaurant was peaceful and enjoyable. The beach was fun for walking out during low tide, especially for kids. The property itself has all the expected features of a five-star resort.

We were disappointed with the kids club, it was designed for toddlers only, and we therefore couldn’t leave our 7 year old and couldn’t enjoy some time alone at all. As for our room, even though spacious, didn’t have much shelves so our clothes ended up scattered all over the room. Food in the seafood restaurant was amazing, but for the main restaurant could be better .

I loved the hotel lobby with its touch of authentic Bali feel mixed with modernism. The main pool with its lush landscaping is stunning. the drop off experience it’s very well designed also. Our room was spacious, with a beautiful view of landscaping . Staff were incredibly friendly and courteous. They have a seaside restaurant with a great setting and lovely sea food.

The buffet breakfast was amazing. There was so much choice. The staff are very friendly and fantastic at their job. It was our daughter's birthday when we were there. The hotel provided a complimentary cake and decorated her bed on the day of her birthday. They even sang happy birthday to her! The variety of restaurants provided us with several options for lunch and dinner. The twin suite was very spacious and made travelling as a family very easy. We would recommend Conrad Bali and we plan to return in the future.

We went half board which was fine but there was a limited amount we could order from the menu using half board. Also the drinks that were included were iced tea or coffee which was random. Soft drinks would have been better.
