The shower had to take the hose and take shower ,because it’s pointing high up to the wall and cant be adjusted.the location was alot of noise from the road and trucks non stop going by hard to sleep,maybe the side i was in is close to the road

Breakfast was quite meager. Not much choice for food and coffee was barely warm.

Good bed, bathroom and A/C and a friendly staff. Good location if you arrive to Jakarta Airport late at night as it’s close-by.

The area surrounding the hotel was rough and not inviting. There were quite some mosquitos in the room which we didn't understand because the windows were closed. Annoying before catching a flight and wanting to be rested well.

A decent hotel without a lot of atmosphere like many others close to the airport. Good however noisy rooms and no fancy facilities. We ate at the restaurant which was very basic. As on Booking 4 stars are shown, we were expecting more. It is a decent 2-star place that does the job before catching a flight.

not only that i like, but i love the way staffs are treating us..especially the male receptionist..He's helpful, kind friendly and approachable. the hotel is indeed recommendable and i wouldn't have second thoughts if get the chance to stay in the hotel again.

Hotel advertisement was misleading where Location & Breakfast is concerned Location wise, it is situated next to a busy road that has heavy traffic running in the wee hours of the night til the next morning. A light sleepers I would suggest ear plugs. Be sure to ask for rooms facing the rear of the hotel Breakfast was inclusive BUT it was horrible. Coffee was diluted. Juices was added with water. Very Limited choices and was not replenished adequately. I came down at 7am. By 745am there was no replenishments and guests who came late, went back up with no breakfast. TO ADVERTISE as breakfast inclusive is totally misleading. The hotel management may instead advertise as Continental Breakfast inclusive, Coffee + Bread/Pastry to be more precise Being a new hotel, I was quite surprise that power wall sockets came with no USB ports. So please bring proper chargers to charge your laptops cellphones & stuffs

A bit noisy, you can hear the people in the next room and the noise from the road depending in which floor and side of the building you end up (I was there twice and the room on the upper floor was quieter). Nothing that some good ear plugs cannot solve.

The room was clean. Bed was comfortable and the staff was nice. Very close to the airport. Good value!

It is a great hotel nearby airport. Staff is helpful and responsive. Clean, spacious room. There is a desk for working in the room. Good wifi connection. Comfortable bed. Good value for money.
