I would've loved to have a fridge in the room. Also the toillet/shower din't has a window.

Bathroom is not the best. A bit smelly. Towels were stained. Breakfast is average, but made with love. There is a boxing gym beside the accomodation with roosters in cages. The poor roosters make noise most of the day and it is very annoying. Also, dogs are barking non stop during the night making the roosters scream as well. We had trouble to sleep almost all the nights. It's out of the accomdation's control, but best to bring earplugs.

Location is awesome. Very good restaurants, massage places, beach clubs, beach near by. Pool is nice to hang out in. Room is good, we had one at the top of the hill looking out onto the ocean. Staff super friendly. They arranged a scooter for us during our stay. We had a wonderful stay here, thanks to the staff. Good value for money.

It's impossible to walk around the room silently; the house is wooden and all the furniture is shaking when you take steps. The shower tap is either unclean or needs to be replaced. WiFi is unstable in the highest rooms.

I loved the location and the staff, also my room looked nice and clean. I'll come back for sure.

The green , the pool, the location. Great restaurant/bar across the street “Bubu Beach”, also some nice massage places very close by. Close to both harbors: to Sanur or the Gilis.

There was never any staff about, someone was there to give us keys when we checked in and WiFi password but that was it,, we left keys in the room on check out. No reception to ask about tours or transport so we actually went to the hotel next door. More of an air bnb which isnt an issue but no information provided. Bathroom is a wet room which i personally am not a big fan of.

Nice cottage and good value for money. Good aircon and very dark room so you could sleep well pool is nice and can see the ocean from the room. From the images the cottage look like they are in the hill top but its actually just off the main road across from the coast. There looks like there is works going on as the entrance isn't the most appealing. Quiet area at night with some nice restaurants but not lively, purple dive centre is very close by if you enat to dive and see manta rays which I would highly recommend.

Room had some dirty bits (bits on the bed and floor). The outside area by the reception is unfinished, was difficult to pull my suitcase across.

I told the owners what they could improve on so I have faith that they will do that. Now the only thing I will share because I don't want to lead anyone astray, if you are looking for quiet, or to work during the day then maybe not the place for you because you have the road in front, you have a gym next door that has loud music throughout the day and there is construction on the property as well.

I thought the cottage was cute. I liked the pool and the breakfast and even though the bungalows are close to each other, I never heard people in their rooms. That being said there should be a quiet hour for the pool because one night some guests were out there until last midnight and I could hear everything in cottage 1. The owners are VERY friendly and willing to listen to suggestions.

The roosters kept us up all night and we were unable to sleep. We had to go to another hotel for our second night (of two) because we needed rest. The staff was not able to accommodate us with any sort of compensation for this. Additionally, the bathroom is not clean, it is an unsanitary wet room.

Look it wasn’t exactly what what expected the photos made this property more luxurious then it actually was. we arrived and the front of the property was very run down and not nice at all (wasn’t in any of the images). the check in process was very strange the staff were quite awkward which in all honesty made us quiet uncomfortable (definitely need to work on customer service). The property itself self was nice but was The bathroom was definitely not something that we would usually chose and the room was quiet dark.

Initially they gave us wrong room category and then we ask , room guy said that they were full. Then when we ask him to call their manager and told them that we will complain to booking.com . Then they given us booked category one but AC didn’t work properly.

No one at the ‘reception’. I tried to call the numbers provided and no one answered. Walked around the place for 15 minutes before someone came out from the other side, the restaurant which is apparently the actual reception. One day After breakfast one guy tried to tell me that I have to pay for breakfast. I had stayed there for 2 days already and breakfast was included in the price. Tried to explain it to him and he was angry and unapologetic. He had an attitude for the remaining of the trip which didn’t make it pleasant. The rest of the staff were good but this experience ruined it for me.

Place was okay. Higher up from the main road, so some privacy. Pool was nice.
