Swimming pool, friendly staff, quiet, large rooms

I have nothing to say against this property. The room is neat clean n spacious, the ambience chill n homey, tough the pool is small but its proper pool. the icing on the cake. Very comfortable. My family had a 2 days stay at this property n all are enjoying our stay here.

Needs to upgrade kitchen, utensils, bathroom, mattresses. Flooring a bit dusty inside.

I really like the location, amenities, and their staffs. Staffs very helpful and kind.

- the yellow light is too dark - only one AC in the master bedroom - the shower water in the master bedroom is too low powered - the bed is too dusty and some of the springs is not good anymore - swimming pool is too small only for little kids - getting into the hotel is quite challenging because of narrow roads - bring your own bath towel and soaps.

- The room is quite big, with living room, kitchen, two bedroom queen size bed and two toilets. - Northern part of bandung city and the weather environment is fresh and chilled not too cold <just like puncak> - Parking space provided - small water bottle are provided

The stove is not working, but that's not really a problem. The building is old but somehow it made a classic ambience so it's depend on your taste.

The room is really spacious and clean. Staff are fast response, polite, and kind. The air is clean and fresh. The kitchen area inside the room is wide.

Owners need to pay attention to - Aircon that isn't cold enough (Bandung isn't as cold as it used to be). Need to replace the aircon - Room cleanliness needs to be improved - Bed is ok size, but not comfortable - TV decoder needs to be replaced - Standard amenities need to be prepared for guests (towels etc) - The shower water comes out small - Unfortunately the road access is small and the gate is not always closed so it can create traffic jams in front of the hotel

- Room size is spacious - The bed is also spacious - The yard is quite large and can be used for family BBQ events - The kitchen is quite ok, cooking utensils are also available

The wifi disappeared twice, but again the staff was extremely quick to respond.

The place itself is amazing, beautiful and quaint. The staff is attentive and pampering, even though they can barely speak English, there was no communication gap thanks to their innovation and the internet. A fridge and cooking equipment including utensils were provided. We stayed here for 3 days, but I wished it was a month long staycation.

It was like a ghost town! We saw one other guest during our stay and only saw the guys who work there when they appeared with water / tea. It was also hard to find places for breakfast close to the hotel.

We stayed in a really good studio apartment with a very big comfy bed. Free water and tea deliveries every day. Quiet neighbourhood.

Shower pressure and more hot water would be better, but it's a minor thing, still a nice place to stay.

Friendly staff, welcomimg and a very fast check in process. Apartment was old but beautiful, had a lot of character and was very clean and well maintained. Also a nice pool at the resort, I would highly recommend Kulem Cisitu, it's great value and very comfortable.

The location was remote. I did not come by car, and I thought there would be more stores or restaurants nearby. Perhaps the hotel could consider cooking in case guests are not prepared with groceries.

Room was spacious. Great if you are coming with bigger families.

However there were some ants nearby the bathroom area so I feel a bit itchy. The bed in the King Size Room is an old one, so it's kinda uncomfy to be slept on, hard spring and squeaky. No sandal in the room.

I love the size of the rooms. So big and comfy. Since I stayed with my family of 7 adults and 2 children, I booked the Apartment Room and King Size Room. The Apartment is so big with 3 rooms and comfy bed. The King Size Room is also so spacious. The pool is OK. The crew were very nice and helpful and parking area is good.
