Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. New ZealandOur most expensive accommodation while travelling around Bali so found it a little expensive. Breakfast after 5 days got a little repetitive. Bacon/sausages choice needed more than one piece of bacon/sausage. Didn’t dine there at night as better prices at other restaurants.

Perfect downtown location within walking distance of monkey forest and stores. Very clean and comfortable beds. Staff was outstanding and friendly. We had an early check out and we were provided coffee and fruit to go. Thank you for a great stay.

United KingdomIf i was to visit again - It would need an assessment of how much time (and when i the day) i would wish to spend around the pool. The actual sun is limited in the sunbed area. as its happens my trip was dominated by trips out so not relevant.
The restaurant is absolutely brilliant and the staff who look after you as a guest are just exceptional.

AustraliaThe staff were friendly, and the ambience of the hotel was wonderful. We loved the pool and the way vegetation had been planted beside it, and in front of the hotel. The courtyard location of the pool made it feel really private, and we loved being able to go for a swim directly from our hotel room. The beds were extremely comfortable and we slept very well indeed. The food was delicious. Drinks including wine were also very good. The hotel arranged a driver for us, and he was friendly and knowledgeable about the local area, readily adapting to our requests even when they differed from expectations. The hotel also arranged excellent massages for both of us. We greatly enjoyed our stay and are very happy to recommend Cinta Inn.

Staff super and very attentive at all times. Breakfasts were delicious and presented beautifully. I decided to eat there also in the evenings as I knew whatever was presented would be tasty. Room was clean and Made is the king of towel art which always made me smile. I loved the location and easy to wander around the town and beyond. As I was travelling solo was so nice that the staff knew my name and I felt as if I was part of the Cinta family so never felt alone.

United StatesBreakfast was not available till 8:30 to 9:00. That was a bit late for me. Sometimes I forget I am on vacation.
The room quality was above expectations and at par with more expensive properties. Restaurants close by may be best in Ubud. Hotel restaurant is also very good. Hotel is centrally located. Finally the people in Bali are full of positive energy and lots of smiles.

PortugalCrossing the restaurant to reach the room area is not very pleasent. Star serving the breakfast only after 08:15 is not a nice thing to start the day...Ubud has a lot to see and to visit and usually the drivers pick up the tourist around 08:00 or early.
Confort and size of the room. Breakfast. You choose what you want from a list ( is not a big list and you only can choose one group, if you choose omelet we are dropping the croissant or pankake. The fruit is allways included. The location.
