The breakfast took a long time and the dining area wasn’t cleaned properly so there were a lot of flies everywhere. The water dispenser was empty a lot of the time we were there and had to wait for it to be refilled when needed to fill water bottles.

Room’s were super cosy, clean and the bed was probably the highlight of the trip so far. Staff were also friendly and willing to help with anything you needed. Hotel is beautiful.

Sheets were stained, prices offered too high compared to the market. Laundry service did not satisfy the requirements but they managed to fix the issue.

Our room was in the hallway and not facing the pool and it was not super cozy, but the room was clean and fine overall.

Really cute place and nice people. Breakfast was delicious and the staff found us a super nice driver in less than 10 minutes, great service!

It would be great to have coat hangers in the room, and the bed is not the most comfortable.

Breakfast was not as good as it looked in the pictures. Scrambled eggs were super over cooked, I tried to help them improve the way of making it and hope it’s better now

Our room wasn't cleaned or offered to be cleaned once whilst we stayed for a total of 7 nights! I would also recommend either booking one of the poolside rooms or the rooms on the back, there are two rooms that are mid range price that honestly feel like prisons. The rooms definitely need more hanging space for clothes! Overall a pleasant stay and the staff were all lovely but a little over priced for what you get in my opinion.

Beautiful spot away from the hustle and bustle of central kuta but within walking distance. Staff were all super friendly and nice, the breakfast was great and varied too. The pool was clean and the beds comfy, a nice place to stay.

I recently stayed at Nucifera Kuta Lombok, and it was a pleasant experience overall. While the room wasn’t very spacious, it was clean and well-maintained. The decoration was simple and decent, but the highlight for me was the amazing pool—perfect for relaxing! The location is quite convenient, close to the center of Kuta Lombok, but it does get very quiet at night, so keep that in mind. A good option for a clean and peaceful stay in Kuta!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Always there to assist when needed. Helped organize early morning transit to the airport at a reasonable price. Even made us breakfast before the kitchen was officially open. Nice pool and other public areas.

Great location just off the Main Street. Short walk away from the chaos of Kuta main. Super lovely and helpful staff. The affordable price reflects the room and facilities. Don’t expect luxury, but it is very clean and comfortable.

Breakfast is ok - could be better. No door on shower so the bathroom gets all wet. The a/c was very weak, we had to leave it on all day to work it. Wish there was a minibar or shared fridge in the hotel.
