Not much, we were keen to cook ourselves at one point and we only had saucepans and no frypan which would have been useful.

We had a very good overall experience during our stay at the hotel with our family. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the general atmosphere was warm and welcoming. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The main issue was the lack of sound insulation from outside. The sliding windows were quite thin, and we could clearly hear street noise and people outside — it often felt like we were sleeping with the windows open. This affected the quality of our sleep. Another point is the outdoor bathroom setup. While the idea of a bath in the open air might sound appealing, in practice it didn’t add much value. We noticed that hardly anyone made use of it. The showers, especially in the main bathroom, were also too exposed. In the evening, it didn’t feel comfortable or private to shower in an open space like that. A more enclosed or covered design would improve the sense of privacy and usability. That said, the hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. If the hotel improves the soundproofing and reconsiders the design of the outdoor bathing areas, I’m convinced that the overall guest experience would be truly excellent. We would still consider returning, especially because of the outstanding service.

We didn’t know they were extending the property, there was a small amount of noise but it also cut the garden view off with a metal barrier, I’d definitely stay there again so next time we will get the whole view.

very quiet area in busy Seminyak. Very good staff with attention to details. Breakfast was ordered the day before and served in the kitchen of the apartment. We could stay a bit longer to match the complimentary airport taxi.

There was some construction going on site so instead the nice garden view we had a green fence while at the pool. The other thing I would suggest to have electrical mosquito replant plugged in the sockets as I was eaten by them during the night

The service is great, lovely staff and very friendly. Easy walk to the local markets and restaurants. Finding a blue taxi or moped taxi was easy. We enjoyed a massage arranged by the staff, in our room and I do recommend the Balinese massage. The service was great. The breakfast served in the room was really good and great service again. The private pool was fabulous and relaxing, either mid day taking a break or late evening to relax. Easy walk to the beach and not as busy as the beach resorts, we enjoyed the quieter area. The WiFi is good, the layout of the room is good and very spacious.

Cicada was the perfect mix of work and relaxation. The villas are spacious, modern, and come with private plunge pools. Wi-Fi was fast, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to focus. The staff was friendly, and the location was ideal, close to great restaurants and the beach.

Nothing really, we had a great stay.

A really charming complex with very few houses which makes it feel exclusive. The swimming pool is really nice and the house is very well equipped, spacious and clean. The staff were all polite, helpful and smiling. Though there is no place to eat at the hotel, the location is very good and there are plenty of warungs, restaurants and bars nearby.
