Very clean

The toilet there is smelll

The staff was very nice. The room was clean, bathroom cleanliness can be improved. The hotel is located inside a mall, very convenient. Need to take the glass lift and up to level 9 to get to the hotel lobby. 35 minutes drive to the airport.

The staff is very kind and helpful, the hotel is at the top floor inside a mall, which made really convenient to dine for dinner in the food hall, surrounded by locals with lots of food choices. I felt also very safe.

Despite signals on the corridor to be quiet, lots of guests marking noise also late in the night. Very disrespectful guests chatting loud in the corridor after 11PM with kids playing with their door ring bell until I woke up, and had to scold them by shouting from my door for them to stop. Other guests returning around 1AM in their rooms as well being noisy too.

Clean and nice place

Perfect location to set up base for a couple of days after a long flight (about 30 mins drive from the airport). Effective aircon and comfy beds, plus it's within walking distance of many sights. Being in the mall was especially helpful for supplies and easy food options! And the staff were lovely!

It was a little run down and the towels didn't smell especially fresh, but still great value for money.

A very pleasant well priced hotel, at the top (level 9) of the BG Junction Mall, from which there are fine views, especially of the iconic Empire Hotel half a block away. Also otherwise well located, within easy strolling distance of the main railway station and most of the central city sights (including the submarine if it's not too hot and humid and you like walking). If you arrive or depart outside shopping hours, the friendly security guards will help you find your way in or out. My room was very large, quiet, comfortable and spotlessly clean, there was hot and cold drinking water in the corridor. and also a small gymnasium if you wanted/needed it. The in house restaurant is for breakfast only, but the adjoining shopping mall and children's entertainment centre has good food courts on several levels, with a wide variety of local, Japanese and western cuisines on offer. I tried several of the local cuisine outlets and they were all good. If you're adventurous, you can also try the street food and other restaurants / cafes in the streets nearby. Highly recommended.

Nice staff

Central hotel with rooms running around the 9th floor. Panorama from the restaurant. Room was great everything worked. Not a great choice with the tv but was ok. Shower hot. AC very good with good WiFi.

Breakfast was a bit miserable I arrived halfway through serving and hardly anything left.

Was my second time Here, and Looks Like they are improving. Thank you for the free room Upgrade!

They should replace the electric kettle because its already rusty inside.

The directions to the reception (9th floor in the mall) could use some improvement. The room was somewhat noisy and not particularly spacious. The air conditioning worked properly only after being checked by maintenance. The volume of the [irritating] corridor music was at times a bit too loud.

Room was comfortable and clean.

Signage/Directions to Reception … on L9 above shopping mall … was inadequate when arriving by private vehicle.

Great hotel and large room, nicely decorated and garden outside. Great location at the top of a mall. Loads of shops, food options.

The gym isn't really a gym, only 1/2 machines and the air con wasn't on so took ages to be cold in the room, and many of the machines are old and don't really work/ are broken. Flooring not really suitable. If you want a gym best not stay here. Otherwise hotel is great!

Comfortable room

The location inside the mall, zero information in English about how to get there or leave.

Good bed and shower.

Strange location inside a shopping mall. Especially late at night hard to find. Room was very very hot when arriving so needed at least 45min full airco to be able to sleep there.

Being inside a mall makes it accessible to many restaurants, groceries. The hotels gives you a good 10% discount on Massage situated inside the mall
