Shower head a little flimsy Fridge was not working

Great secluded location for a small family or couple. Stayed for the weekend for a wedding and it had everything you needed nearby (cafe, supermarket and ATM).

My partner said some of the furnishings were a little dusty in the nooks and crannies but this did not detract from the overall experience.

Everything was wonderful. This was a last minute booking and managed to get a fantastic rate for one night which included a very tasty breakfast. Bu Hera was very attentive, friendly and helpful. There was a lovely quiet and relaxing atmosphere about this place even though it was fully booked. Plenty of space for young families by the sparkling Pool and surrounding garden. Close to the airport as well.

The location is within easy reach of both Jimbaran & Padang-Padang areas, however you need transport (car/bike/taxi), which gets a bit tiresome after a while as roads are busy & in a poor state. There is only one nice restaurant (collab cafe), a supermarket & good laundry within walking distance.

Loved Chanteak, we booked the White House and the teak house. Facilities were great, the cottages are spacious, well equipped comfortable & well thought out. The common space provides a nice social area & the garden/pool area are well maintained. It’s a lovely haven away from Bali’s hustle & bustle!

My stay was perfect

So tranquil. Friendly service. Very clean rooms. Great breakfast. I loved sitting my the pool and watching the birds and dragonflies fly by. Beautiful gardens.

The location was too far away from everything. Ideal for tuck away private . Had to order Grab taxi to travel to beach to have lunch / dinner or otherwise it a 30-45 mins walk downhill . Supermarket is up the road like 10 mins walk is a bonus . This area isn’t a place if you want to do shopping

It was cute quiet getaway . The vibe was great and relaxing. The villa loft was cute with bed on main floor and another bed on the upper loft .

Basic continental breakfast, little choice. Loved the room, double bed on mezzanine floor. Love the large bathroom. Very small quiet hotel and secluded. Wonderful staff. Short distance to shops and beach. Very good value too.

Blackout curtains to blok out light

Nice Stay. Maybe add some black out curtains as all the light comes in at 6am ish. Cleaning staff a bit noisy around 8.30am Maybe can wait brushing outside until later. Was some banging of doors (Not sure if guests or not)

We really loved our stay at Chanteak. It was our first accommodation after arriving in Bali and it was a great start to our holiday. The place is really beautiful and quiet, being set back from the main road. The staff are incredibly friendly and were so kind to our 6 year old daughter. The breakfasts were delicious, too.
