Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Guy in the room next door was obviously drunk and very loud, telling and slamming doors. Had to call the reception twice at 2 00am Very disappointing as we thought it was a quiter option to stay..

AustraliaPillows...the pillows were terrible. Other guests were inconsiderate and loud through the night, suggest signs to remind them to be respectful of other guests as well.
Central location, Room Service was excellent, Staff were welcoming, cheerful and helpful. The Spa massages and treatments were of high standard and professional, the Restaurant featured different themes for buffet almost every night as well as the al a carte menu and room service. The Breakfast buffet was well worth it and convenient. 2 pools, one on the roof and a larger one on ground level for swimming. Security good.

Would not choose pool access room - felt very exposed with everybody walking past all day (I mistakenly thought the access room were exclusive. If we stayed again would choose ground floor but up the back garden area.

AustraliaThe hotel is a bit older than some and younger than others. We were very happy with the place as we knew what to expect in Asia so if you're thinking otherwise don't complain because it is priced accordingly.
Location was excellent and roof top pool area superb. 2 for 1 cocktail happy hour is also well worth it, 80k for 2 at the time and beer buckets 110k more than half price of Padma strip
