We loved the community feel with the villas together. Beautifully kept garden. Great staff that were so helpful and kind organizing a little surprise for my birthday. Breakfast was worth it, great options and flavour. Rooms were clean and the bathroom had everything we needed. Special notice: good wifi and even netflix/prime/disney on the tv! No need to log in yourself. Pool area was lovely with towels available. We even used their option to have your own bbq night which was lovely, would recommend. Location wise: a bit in the middle of the two busiest areas, so you do have to face the traffic with either taxis or scooters. Grab is the easiest app to use. Would recommend!

Had a small issue with our wifi due to the rain but the staff got someone out straight away to fix the problem!

They were super helpful when our flight over got canceled with moving our stay to accomodate our changed arrival date. Staff were always very friendly and helpful and the property was stunning! I would recommend, 10/10.

Nothing that we can think of!!

The location was tucked away and felt quite hidden, in a good way! We loved coming down the little road and entering the sanctuary of this place each time. The staff were so friendly and keen to help. And the design of the villas made us feel as though we were the only people there!

Google maps says 6 mins walk to the main road but we had babies with us and didn’t feel it was easy to walk (up and down and not fully paved properly)

Was a lovely villa with a beautiful view! The staff were so lovely and helpful, we really enjoyed our time here even though the weather wasn’t the best at this particular time. They had evening tea in the reception/breakfast area which was really nice with lots of delicious cakes. Would definitely stay here again if I visited again. Thanks to everyone at Cemara Hills for a wonderful stay 🙏🏼

The location is amazing, you get no noise and great views and also can get around Uluwatu easily. The team is super helpful and friendly. The territory is very beautiful with many flowers and palms.

There was no conditioner for hair.

It looked gorgeous just like the photos! Our group of friends loved the shared area and we took many pictures and videos. We were welcomed with a cold coconut to start our stay. They allowed us to extend our checkout time. The 3 bedroom villa is spacious with a living room to chill out a bit. The AC worked well, the showers have hot water, and the service was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Pool was very nice for a dip, but not much room to swim. Far from the beach, motorbike is the best way to more around.

We loved the place and staff were very friendly and helpful! The room was lovely and new, we enjoyed a very quite and tranquil stay. Walking distance from main road which is very busy, but you can easily find plenty of restaurants and motorbike rentals (fastest way to move around and get to the beach).

Hotel is newly opened. Although the staff service is very warm, they still need time adjusting to the crowd. But everything was okay.

Hotel facilities are good. Try chill by the pool and enjoy the view. The night-sky scenery is awesome.

- Service is slow, I was sat at breakfast for about 20mins without being served and I had to ask a waiter to take my order. Same with using the guest services in the room. Staff were always friendly and helpful, but just nothing was quick - The location isn’t ideal! I struggled to get grab cars or bikes because it is so far off the main road. I walked it one day but you are going past open farm land, rubbish dumps and cows. Plan ahead as you may have to wait a while! Because of this, I probably wouldn’t stay again.
