The shower was terrible! The staff at check in were pretty inattentive. The cleaning staff did their best. The cleanliness was ok, but not great

The breakfast was a little cold but still delicious.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. We loved the hot shower with good pressure. Staff were helpful and friendly. The pool was good, not cold.

The breakfast is always cold and very average and the road to the front of the property needs to be repaired. Pool beds need to be replaced

Location is excellent, we had a newly renovated room which was very nice. The pool has a shallow separate section which is very handy for children

The only downsides were a rusty bottle opener that should be replaced, and in one room the liquid soap dispenser was empty. Apart from that, everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

We booked two rooms, both clean and spacious, which made our stay very comfortable. We appreciated the thoughtful touch of two bottles of water and tea/coffee sachets in each room. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the beach, perfect for enjoying the area.

There are a couple of things that could be improved. The breakfast menu was quite limited, with not many options to choose from. Also, the water in the bathroom had a noticeable smell, which was a bit unpleasant.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect — it's within walking distance between Kuta Beach and Beachwalk shopping mall. That made it super convenient to explore the area without needing transportation. The surroundings felt safe and lively, with lots of shops, cafes, and attractions nearby.

The walls of my room were too thin as I could hear my neighbours listening to loud music, leaving and arriving in the middle of the night, slamming the doors.

The entire place is cozy, quiet, and very enjoyable, with the pool and bar located in the center. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Great location!

Driveway was small & difficult for our driver to turn around to get out as we were in a 14 seater bus.

They do not clean the toilet properly and the furniture is quite rustic (old). The road to access the hotel is dark during the night, I felt a little bit uncomfortable to walk there.

The property is nice and it is close to the beach, they have a good pool and the staff are super friendly.

I had a great experience at Casa Wina Kuta Hotel! The location is excellent—only 20 to 30 minutes from the airport, 3 minutes’ walk to Kuta Beach, and just 6 minutes’ walk to Beachwalk Mall. Everything you need is nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I’d like to give special thanks to the front desk receptionist, Fera Nur, who went above and beyond to assist with everything I needed—she truly made my stay more comfortable. The breakfast served at the hotel was also very good, with a nice variety and fresh options each morning. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a convenient, friendly, and pleasant place to stay in Kuta!
